    You have to try different court wizards in different towns, or try one of the mages at the college of winterhold.... Let's see... This guy sells conjuration spells exclusively, he may be able to set you up. (Link to UESP wiki page on said dude from the college.)

    You don't need the Golden Claw... if there is a door out in the world that needs a certain claw, the game won't let you get rid of that claw until you've used it to open any and all doors that it can open.

    Yes, the skill level itself is relative to the formula involved in that skill, the perks change that magic number by a percentage, and such.

    If I am not mistaken, this happened to me once. I think for some reason he went ahead to the dungeon he had mentioned. Try checking there.

    Not a problem, guy. The main quest doesn't take you inside the city of Markarth, however, I believe you still have a bounty in The Reach, which may give you minor trouble when (SPOILER) Going to Sky Haven Temple

    It sounds like to me it may be something from a long time ago. If you didn't hit the Stormcloak. I remember doing this once, I don't recall getting a bounty.

    Basically the best advice contributed by everyone (including myself) is: Enchant every piece of loot you have before you sell it. Not only do you make the monies, but you basically power-level enchanting. This can be done easily as long as you can stand using soul trap on your primary weapon...

    I haven't tried it, but for PS3 we have an option to turn the HUD opacity down, idk if it goes all the way down or not.
