    What level do I need to be at to conjure a storm atronach...

    Hi This is potentially something that could be ascertained with basic maths, but then I am not very good at maths... I'm currently at level 15. I have learned the conjure storm atronach spell, but I can't use it because it costs 279 magicka, and my maximum magicka is only 190 at present...
