    I was wondering if any duplication glitches are still around, I wanted the Helm of Winterhold, but I also want the Blade of Winterhold, so I need a way to dupe the Helm so I can get both for RP.

    You do not have access to normal Powers/Shouts while in Werewolf/Vampire Lord mode, because they come with Powers themselves.

    You don't have to do the quest to get to Solstheim, that's just to start the questline; if you just go to Windhelm docks you can pay to go there at level 1.
