Marked for death has saved my life more than I care to mention. Although, there is also nothing more satisfying than using unrelenting force to throw a giant down a fifty meter drop.
A lot of people have had problems with lag if they have had too many save files (myself included). I deleted a few of the characters and autosaves I wasn't using, and the lag situation improved a lot.
I slaughtered everybody in riverwood, and dumped their bodies in the river, before taking a leisurely stroll alongside it, watching the bodies bobbing around, before being consumed by the rapids/waterfalls.
