    M1 refers to Mouse 1 / Left Mouse Button, and M2 refers to Mouse 2 / Right Mouse button. Mouse wheel will be M3, if you have browser back / forward buttons, those are M4 and M5, and etcetera.

    You could try the setstage console command. I'm not entirely sure as to if this will help or not, but it works in a lot of other bugged cases. Just try to find the stage code for the quests and give "player.setstage" a try.

    I was using the a mod that edited mannequins. I can't remember the exact name, since I uninstalled the game for disc space. But it was a mannequin model editing mod that was conflicting with the original phase of the house.
