Critical is right, you should go up the right side of the smithing tree to get daedric weapons, and you still get the best light armor which is dragon.
I could never really get into using followers. I tried Lydia but she was pretty weak compared to my opponents so I crafted her some armor to help her out, you know nothing special just some orcish armor a shield and a dagger to help my smithing skill but she couldn't even hold her own against a...
I liked the build you made except you don't need all the alchemy perks because you could just look up the uses of the ingredient unless you will be roleplaying that much and the 5/5 for the sneak perk makes the other perks that help keep you undetected obsolete so you could pet those extra perks...
