    My Redguard dual wields war axes, and the stamina regen is really useful, nothing can really stand in the way of spining daedric war axes. But later in the game, especially for dual wield, you don't even need to use racial abilities to wreck things.

    No, NPCs without names won't respawn, but some NPCs like vendors will.
