Please, just watch my video to understand. (Full screen and HD will make it easier to see)

I just don't understand how a glitch this extreme happened... TWICE! Does anyone know how I can fix this or at least how the game got this screwed up. I looked at my mods, all 34 of them, and none of them affect facial features, armour or animation, so I highly doubt that's the issue. What exactly happened here? Please help!

^ You'd be surprised.

Poor game designing, that's what!

This kind of glitch happens in all sorts of games due to whatever issue(s). It can be as simple as the game not calling the data correctly or at all, such not calling animations which results in non-animated actors skating in their editing T-Pose, to corrupt data and mod issues.

This looks very much like the issue in the thread Chadonrax linked to above, but you need to help us before we can help you: what version of Skyrim, any mods, system specs, etc.

Well, that's kind of the problem, I have no clue how to check for system specs, I tried googling it, but I can figure it out. As for mods, these are the ones I am currently using:
Quest fixes
Skyrim in Colour
Pink Robes
Sorted and Weightless Potions
Real Glaciers V2
Purple Robe Set
Rainbows
Trolol Bard Mod
Wear Circlets with Hoods
Resilent Dragons
Khajiit Racial Rebalance
Camping
Light Ingredients
Enhanced Whiterun and Windhelm
Killable Children
Critikal (follower mod)
Multiple Followers Lite
Dragon Bite Removal
Followers Can Relax
Static Mesh Improvement Mod Parts 1-5
Be A Milk Drinker
Dovahkiin Relaxes Too
Elemental Fury on Ench. Weapons
Optic Nature Pack
Extended Encounters
Kill Them Generals
Easter Egg Hunt
Destroy The Thieves Guild v 1.7 (this may be the problem since it's an old version)
I was also recently using something called Real Companions V 1.7 that made a bunch of changes to the companions, but I uninstalled it after I became suspicious that it might be causing problems.
The Version of my game is 1.9, so you're right on that one, Chardonraz, but they also suggested that Dawnguard may cause problems as well. The only problem I've had with Dawnguard before was when Auriel's Bow became impossible to obtain, so I hope I don;t have to uninstall it.

I don't think there's any mod in there that could be causing that. Destroy The Thieves Guild does look extremely complex so using an outdated version might cause problems, but I wouldn't expect that.

You might be able to find some better help on the Bethesda forums or Nexus.
