Lost Falmer
Am I the only one that finds them to be some of the most interesting places to visit?

Nope! They are definitely amount the most alluring, intriguing, and mysterious of Skyrim's dungeons, ruins, & deep places. Their creepy aura can get a bit overwhelming at times (the Falmer & Chaurus are guilty here), but they always have the most creative and interesting puzzles. Their storylines are also up there, although the whole kidnapped / killed / overwhelmed by Falmer story gets old after a while.

I, personally, can't stand them. I find them to be tedious and just generally not very fun.

I like the Dwemer Dungeons. I will admit that I don't like when "Every other" dungeon is one... but I find them pretty fun. It's like technology that is so ancient that is't modern inventions can't make it into the new world except for the scholars that research it.

..but again, there might be too many around.

There's really not, there are only about 15 in the game out of like 130ish total dungeons. Granted, the Dwemer ones are bigger, but they aren't more common by a long shot. Bthardamz (the dungeon that Peryite's quest takes place in) was a beautiful and twisted local, what with the poisonous plants growing on the Dwemer city.

They certainly take me back to Morrowind. I actually quite like them. The craftsmanship of the dwemer is certainly shown in how well everything still works in their dungeons, and the little orbs roll around fixing their underground homes in wait of their masters.

I'm sorry if this is a bit new, but I've been itching to ask this, and now I have the perfect opportunity! With Skyrim: Dragonborn taking us back to NW Morrowind do you all expect to see any new or revamped Dwemer dungeons or ruins?

I hope so. Morrowind was a sad place for my characters, and its all a bit sketchy in my mind, all i remember it being was amazing. And there seemed to be a few of them around, so maybe we'll get some fancy new ones.
I really want some Dwemer dlc!

They're fun. Sometimes I feel like I'm playing Amnesia, because they can be scary. I'm serious.

The Falmer themselves are twisted and freaky enough, but when you're in a dark corridor and one pops up I freak out. Very creepy creatures, Falmer.

They are creepy. But I love the way they feel so abandoned. So much history. And when you get deeper into the dungeons and you see the dwermer has settled in... Again.. creepy.

My favorite part of Dwemer ruins are the "adventurer processors."

That's what I call the large, rotating blades that pop out of the floor and scrub the stairways clean of annoying pests like you and me.

The first time I only heard it and ended up as Nordish sliced salami.

The second time I thought I'd be smart and jump as the blade passed... Can I get a pickle on the side, please? o_O

Eventually I learned to run the robots into them, just for fun.

Definitly, when a Falmer sneaks up behind me and makes a sound I freak the hell out. They seriously cause me to jump and my heart rate to spike... and then they die :p

Yeah. Their eyes are really creepy... Just the way they sort of creep around really low to the ground, hide in the shadows...

The Chaurus are what get me.

When I hear the sound of dice shaking (my interpretation), my body starts pumping low-level stress hormones.

I hate those things. If they were sentient, I'd hate them ore than the Thalmor.

No, I find them interesting to visit and they are quite easy especially once you are a higher level. The only hing I really have to say I dont like about them is that, because im an archer, I lose alot of arrows shooting at the numerous Dwemer metal creations. If i had to choose between a Dwemer ruin and a Nord Burial site, I would most likely pick the Nord Burial site. Unless of course its Blackreach......I love that place for some reason.

I love dwenmer dungeons, have done ever since morrowind and i missed them a lot in oblivion.

The fact that they are more difficult than most caves, the architecture, the noise of ancient technology sill functional in the background is just a statement to how well made bethesda role players are

Nope.

Anyone who knows about Dwemer lore will love the Dwemer dungeons. Yes, they are time-consuming, and yes, they are larger than pretty much every other form of dungeons on the surface, but, this is all a testament to just how advance the Dwemer were compared to every other race. Though I agree that some of the dungeons could of had more variety, I also see that the dungeons are the way they are due to the fact the the Dwemer were the most advanced race on Nirn.

The complexity of the Dwemer dungeons is just another reason why we need a DLC about the Dwemer so we can learn more about the most advanced (technology, societies, science, etc.) race to grace Nirn.

I have to be in the right frame of mind before I can endure the time invested in one. Good source of soul gems and I do like to open all the locks as the treasure seems to be better than average and I will always take a companion, just for the company. I despise the Falmer and the constructs left behind by the Dwelmer as they are immune to cold and poison (at least the constructs) and very difficult to kite but it is interesting to guess what happen to the Dwelmer and to admire the architecture.
