I'm bored so Imma give his backstory a shot and play a bit of Skyrim later 
Name: Master Ormax
Race: Breton
Residence: Initially The College of Winterhold, Heljarchen Hall (cottage)
Relationships: Erandur is his best friend and steward
Age: 114yrs
Religion: Intitially worshiped Magnus. He is now Peyrites Champion
Equipment: Vaermina's Robes, Spellbreaker
History: Originally a star student at The College of Winterhold, Ormax studied relentlessly and was well decorated. He Revered Magnus and made many friends around the College. His Conjuration, Alteration and Destruction magic soon surpassed the teachers and his thirst for power and knowledge became insatiable. A Dremora summoning ritual on the top of the College gave Ormax a chance to increase is power as he discovered the Dremora was a denizen of Peyrites Realm. The Dremora told Ormax about the errand that the Deadric Prince wanted someone to do and so Ormax set off on a quest for the once forgotten Dwemer shield.
The College learned of Ormax's involvement with Deadra and banished him. After becoming the Champion of Peyrite, Ormax still thirsted for power and went after the Dragon Priests for the power of their masks...
It's not a complete backstory (in fact its more of an explanation of the build), but anways...

Great build, so far, imo this is the best build by you
However, could you make a Breton heavy/light armour mage build?
