Thanks! You're not mad that I'm making him out to be a bit of a selfish jerk, then? :D

Nope! Honestly, regardless of everything, I still don't quite see him as a jerk. He's just a harried man trying to keep his hold together in a time of crisis using whatever means necessary.

Not bad! Working, writing, wedding planning. The usual. :D How about yourself? Where's my Tanniel/Ralof scene?

Wooo, congratulations!

Coming up after I power through final exams and graduation. T.T I swear, the stress is killing me. Reading yours really really made me want to get back to mine.

Quick not-really-an-update update:

I'm going to attempt to continue writing this story for Nanowrimo. If you've never heard of it, Nanowrimo is National Novel Writing Month, in which participants aim to write a 50,000-word novel in November. It is awesome, and you should totally do it, too!

Since writing quickly usually means writing badly for me, I likely won't be posting anything throughout November, but come December (or January, depending on how much editing needs to be done) I will hopefully have most of the rest of the story for you! Wish me luck!

Start Dale

I got 99 problems but a Deadra ain't one.

Hey is it open to international applicants or is it US only?

Well, it's the last day of Nanowrimo, and I'm sorry to report that I failed pretty badly in reaching 50,000 words; I petered out at around 28,000, thanks to a few difficult-to-write scenes and real-life obstacles (like being stuck in a ditch all night night during one of the worst snowstorms I have ever seen, which dumped three feet of snow on us in twelve hours). The good news is, that's 28,000 words more than I had a month ago! I managed to get chapters four and five finished, and the skeleton of chapter six laid down. I'm going to start editing and I'd like to have a few more scenes up within the next week, so stay tuned!
