Hey folks, just joined the forum and thot id say hello!
Not bn playing Skyrim very long (is there actually a way of checking to see how many hrs youve played for on xbox? Anyway i digress..) Im currently a lv.27 High Elf with most exp in destruction magick and archery.
Looking forward to learning some stuff about the game and perhaps offer something to the discussion...maybe nothing noteworthy right enough.. hehe.
Anywho i'll get an avatar sorted soon

Frackin love this game! Its awesome and all i wanna play just now.

As for how many hours, well I average about 15.5 hrs a day for the last 78 days. But I'm slowing down now as I working on other Skyrim related projects.

Started on my 8th character yesterday afternoon, so I'm just cruising along.

how many lv's can u take a character up to? So can u play multiple characters in that u can have a save or set of saves specific to one character then start a new game with alternative saves?

The character level tops out at 81 & the skill level tops out at 100. You can have as many characters & saves as you want, but too many saves can create lag issues with some PS3 & Xbox consoles. I know the patch at the end of the month will stop the lag issue with the PS3 at least.

Interesting. Ive got a while to go then but i prob will start more characters eventually. Would u recommend turning off auto save and just being dilligent with manual saves in order to minimise no. of files on the go..?

I have like 200 manual saves which I backup to my secondary hard-drive every time I play Skyrim and leave the most recent save in the saves folder. I save manually like every time I start a quest or do something important.
