I witnessed a really funny death, but it wasn't my character. I'd just set up home in Whiterun and was doing some smithing. I needed some Iron ingots so approached the woman who worked the Smith. I bought what ingots she had, but I needed more so I waited 24 hrs. After the timer finished the woman just landed on the floor in front of me as though she'd fallen from an enormous height. Needless to say she was very dead. Clearly I realised I'd have to go into the shop to get the ingots and her husband seemed entirely unaware or indifferent about his wife's untimely death.

Sounds like you blew her mind. She couldn't comprehend what sort of madman stands in one spot for 24 hours.

I saw that happen with the Arch-Mage at the College one time when I walked in, it was like he just jumped from the ceiling and landed like a cat. He didn't die though so that's one limber old man

-Werewolf form fading out mid-battle, leaves me naked with nothing equipped, instantly killed.

-Killing the pet spider in DB HQ on my first visit, thinking it was a pest and they might appreciate the cleanup> instantly killed by the entire DB.

I attacked Delphine because she asked me to kill Paarthurnax.

I attacked her in front of the Greybeards, Imperials, and Ulfric.

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED.

I got killed by a mudcrab once, which was embarrassing XP I'd just switched from playing Assassin's Creed and I thought that right-click would make me sprint. I was already low on health and it killed me while I was trying to figure out the right controls.

Probably the most silly of death is shown right here:

Don't play LMFAO at an execution lol

True, true. Man, that captain's got the moves. I never knew she had it in her.

I don't know if this was 'sposed to happen but during the companions questline, i was tasked with saving a captive Olfina Grey-Mane. After fast traveling back to Whiterun, the guards immeadiatley opened fire on me and the lass. "Bye, bitch", I exclaimed while turning around to exit the city.

The guards outside hated my face also, and decided that today they'd make their stand against it. Once more, I turned around and entered the city. (keep in mind that i didn't know what the hell was going on, i thought it was one of the game breaking glitches that ive heard of) I thought maybe I ought to return to Jorvaskarr, to turn the quest in and hopefully stop the madness.

Waiting for me outside of the mead hall's doors were Skjor and Vikas, kicking guard ass. We three companions retreated into our base, where the others had taken positions around the doors. A guard gave chase to us and was promptly cut down. Two more followed and were struck by Uela the huntress' mighty blade.

Then everyone sheathed their weapons, as if nothing had happened. I stepped outside and apparently all was forgiven, I didn't have any bounty(Nor did I throughout the course of the quest). Puzzled and perplexed, I soon resolved to forget the indecent as well.

Did I miss something? Anybody know why the guards attacked me?

Lolz, i thought me and the companions would have a last stand of sortz.

Uh...Whiterun guards are dirty and in cahoots with the bandits who kidnapped Olfina? That's all I've got.

I was wondering through some dwemer ruins, saw a switch on the floor which I knew would activate a trap so I stood on it because I wanted to see what would happen, thinking I would be ok because I was decked out in full daedric armour, and was KO'd in one hit after being impaled on some random wooden spikes. I then realised I hadn't saved since entering the ruins and I'd been playing for about an hour.

Moral of the story is don't underestimate those damn dwarven mechanisms

When I first got to Whiterun and went to speak to the Jarl, I got the next quest from him and was about to leave. I was looking through my menu and saw the Shout and said to myself, "Huh, I wonder what this thing really does." So I (at only about level 2) turned to the Jarl and used it on him............

So I'm on my main play account, a Nord. And I'm running about High Hrothgor and I just got Whirlwind Shout.

I use it and fly off the edge of the mountain, past the Greybeard. I hit the ground and bounce down the mountain dead.

I really want to know what went through the Greybeard's mind as he watched the Dragonborn run off the side of a cliff...
