Not a bad list of fixes but not great either.
For instance, they don't mention whether or not they'll fix the bug where the musical instruments won't leave your inventory if you find them before asked about them and then try to turn them in.
Thankfully, on a PC, you can use the console to remove them.

There are some decent fixes there, but by fixing this & I quote
The Unusual Gem inside the Thalmor Embassy is now accessible after finishing “Diplomatic Immunity”
It's been accessible during the Diplomatic Immunity quest, does that mean it won't become available until after the quest is finished or will it still be available during the quest.

One fix I don't see there is the TREASURE CHESTS from the Treasure Maps not being available for all platforms.

I read that and was wondering the same... possibly they made the back enterance easier to get in?

I doubt it. All the other Unusual Gems can be found in the game regardless of what quests you have or don't have. This isn't really a fix since it's not a bug or glitch but rather an unintended consequence of making the Thalmor Embassy accessible only during the Diplomatic Immunity quest.

If you didn't take the Unusual Gem during Diplomatic Immunity, which many players didn't because they didn't know about the No Stone Unturned quest at the time, you were basically SOL after collecting all the rest of the Unusual Gems unless you knew about the available exploits.

I think the "fix" will provide a way back into the Thalmor Embassy after Diplomatic Immunity, maybe by having the front door key as loot for the Thalmor guards and wizards inside the Embassy.

There are many fixes I don't see in the patch notes, but honestly I'm pleasantly surprised that this patch is addressing as many issues as it is since Bethesda previously had indicated that the primary purpose of patch 1.4 was to fix the PS3 lag issues.

I realised this from what others have said here & on other threads, which is why I included it in the walk through that I wrote, because until the patch is released the only way to get it easily is during the Quest.

Read the link on the first post on this thread, it tells you what is being fixed.

Just in time for the fiyahworks show! BOOM!
Thank Christ they are fixing the PS3 lag issues. So much lag for a single player game...

I think I will restart with a new character when this patch comes out just to save myself from any future glitches that exist in previous saves.

About time too. I play on PS3 and the memory performance stuff is a real pain in the ass now.. It gets progressively worse. I can play roughly 1 hour before the lag starts to set in.. and at this point after 2,5 hours or so it is completely unplayable. A reset of the ps3 combined with waiting for 30 mins - one hour usually sorts the problem but it really sux when you want to play and got the time. Odd thing is I had no suck problems during the first many hours of the game. Is it because all the corpses / items on the ground are finally at the point where my PS3 can't run it anymore? It sure seems like it because its only in the "outside" world I have these problems. As soon as I enter a dungeon, the game runs smooth. I can't believe they didn't see it comming.. I don't know plops about stuff like that and still I thought very early on after having walked by a corpse I killed ages ago: "Isn't this gonna fluff over the hardwave at some point..?"
