My Chracter build is a Draconic Vampire who uses weapons first, magic second, thu'um third and if that fails
I Go VAMPIRE LORD!!! and if that fails which I doupt it considering in my modded game hes doing about 900+ damage per Bloodbomb then WHO THE HELL AM I FACING?

seeing how there is no level cap, i feel the comment about "I think that while it looks fine at level 81, during actual play the skills will be too thinly spread." is a pointless comment...build looks decent
Actually their is a level cap it is 56700 I checked my using the console to set my chracters level to 1 million and it did not go any higher than 56700 which is ridicoulous cause at that level a single spell would cause all life on Nirn oblivion and atherius to die and the void would shake to its foundations, why did they say their was no level cap why the lie?

If you are planning to play as stealth character you should consider dropping Light armor skill or Heavy for that matter, because as stealth character it will level very slowly. Take it from me I'm playing with 48 level stealth character on legendary and I wear heavy armor just for looks you know to look good in it... I think now my heavy armor skill is at 30 something like that. :) The reason is because I get rarely hit and if I do get hit I mostly die because the only left are high lvl enemies at that moment.

Now if there is particularly light armor you like and you would want to enchant it I suggest you to make it your secondary skill and spend only 4 perks there:

- Agile Defender 1/5 = armor rating 20% more
- Custom Fit 1/1 = wearing all 4 pieces of light armor 25% more armor rating
- Unhindered 1/1 = armor is weightless
- Wind Walker 1/1 = 50% faster stamina recovery if you have all 4 pieces of light armor

Unhindered perk is useful and Wind Walker is very useful specially for archers when using Eagle Eye which consumes a lot of stamina so you would want to replenish it as fast as you can. And is good for long distance running (escaping ;) ).

On my legendary assassin I trained light armor with Nazir at every opportunity. On master or lower you might not need to, since you probably won't get 1-shotted very often. It still levels slowly, but you can wade into melee whenever you think you can handle it to speed it up.
