Hey Skyrim Fans,
Galatia Films wants your input about a possible movie. Should a Skyrim movie be made and if one were made, what storyline if any should be followed. Post your response and let us know what you think. Be creative and think outside the box, remember the movie would have to span two hours. Give us some material to ponder.

On a different note. If there are any sword enthusiasts out there or just people who think they are cool, check out our new project. Reclaiming the Blade: Sons of Fire. It is the sequel to the original documentary Reclaiming the Blade.

Like us on Facebook to and check out our Kickstarter campaign to pre-order the movie and support the project.

Surly lets make one, follow main story line. Leave parthy alone. The blades are optional.

Also I don't know much about swords. But I am a dedicated traditional archer (long/recurve bows). Been doing it for years.

I'm a traditional archer myself, hard to find the time to practice though. I'm sure you would enjoy the documentary. The original is on Netflix, iTunes and Amazon, if you want to check it out. Just search Reclaiming the Blade.

High King of Skyrim

King of the barbarian horde
A tv series would be far more profitable long term I believe. 2 hours doesn't seem enough to cover the vast experience that is Skyrim and Elder Scrolls. Where as a tv series could cover practically everything season by season. It would rival Game Of Thrones! I can only hope!

Not just a one off movie, but perhaps a movie saga or TV series.

They could take a few liberties with the story telling, so instead of it being all about one hero who does everything, you get several main characters, of different races. So, one who is the dragonborn, and possibly joins the Companions, and he's our action hero and chooses a side in the civil war. One character who heads to the mage college and becomes the archmage, and this gives us a look at the magical aspect of skyrim. And one character who joins the Dark brotherhood, and he or she gives us a darker toned story where we see it from the perspective of the assassins. Throughout the series, we see each of the main characters in their own scenario pursuing their respective careers, developing their skills and building relationships with the supporting cast members (i.e. the NPCs from skyrim). It would be nice if there was a gay marriage at some point as well. The finale can be when they all meet up and either join forces or fight each other.

They can probably leave out all the DLC stuff.

If Morgan Freeman narrates it will be awesome

I think a one-of movie would necessarily have to be greatly simplified in order to produce a good film.
An origins type tale that explains the lore that backdrops the Dragonborn story.
So an adventure that includes the various races , introduces supporting characters , and ends with the hero(ine) defeating that first dragon near Whiterun while discovering their true power/destiny would work.

Alduin could then swoop in before the credits to supply the set-up for the potential sequel or follow-up tv series.

Well they would have to use the Nord Dovahkiin and the movie would only have to focus on the main storyline and nothing else
