I never gave any fuks over the civil war quests anyway but i always go with the stormcloaks when i get bored enough to mess with that just cuz i like jarl ulfric, dunno who started the whole "Its Cool to Hate Ulfric Stormcloak" fan club but whatever. I've only finished the whole thing like once tho, i don't enjoy those quests for some reason. As for deleting an entire character just cuz u wanted to choose the other side no, thats just silly. lol

As a khajit I dont see why you would quit after joining stormcloaks. If it missed you, the Khajits arent allowed in any city in Skyrim, stormcloak or imperial.

Yes he stands up to the elves but you have to remember that not all elves are in the dominion.He generally cares little for other races be they elf,imperial,breton,etc.While the Empire may bend to the dominion now I have little doubt they'll revolt before long. Tullius even states himself that he doesn't trust the dominion.BTW I thought you hated racists,yet you like the views of one.

To be honest I haven't seen too much evidence of Ulfric being racist. I believe him to be more a tyrant than an actual racist. People like to mention the segregation present in Windhelm, but if Ulfric were truly a racist, why not just kick them all out and be done with it. He certainly wouldn't allow elf vendors in his marketplace would he? Yet he has three. In fact, the only Nord shop owner I count in Windhelm is the Smith there and maybe the lady who sells food. This is evidence for me to the contrary. The Argonian Assemblage? Are not Argonians the most familiar race around water in Tamriel? The fact they are fantastic dock workers and are concentrated at the docks only makes perfect sense to me. There are argonians present at both the Riften and Solitude docks, see my point? The Grey Quarter wasn't named by Ulfric Stormcloak either. Let's not forget he allows them there in the first place as refugees from Morrowind. It's poor shoddy state isn't a reflection of racist neglect in my view, just simple neglect in general. One only has to wander around Windhelm to notice that building maintenance is poor compared to that of the other major cities. This is due to the fact that the Jarl spends any available monies on the war effort rather than city upkeep. Again,a misguided way to rule but a racist one, not too sure about that. In the end, everybody including Nords suffer under Ulfric's rule and the events at Markarth give only more credence to what I'm trying to say. Asshole doesn't equal racist.

1: I think your misinformed because i been playing this game for years and i ain't heard a single word from Ulfric stormcloak or his army about hating bretons or any other race besides elfs and he should hate them cuz there trying to kill the people! Excuse me good sir, but isnt Skyrim homeland of the Nords? Like Morrowind is of Dunmer, Cyrodil of Imperials, High Rock of Bretons etc..?
He is fighting for a nation state of his people and their homeland. He isnt trying to make an empire and conquer every other race in Tamriel and then opress them. He just wants his homeland independent and wants Nords to be able to rule themselves.

Go and trade with Khajit caravan. Tell me what do they have for sale. Moon suggar and Skooma? But i thought they just told you how they are unjustly treated as drug dealers?

Argonians in the docks, what do they admit openly? That they are stealing from the docked ships and they hate Nords.

Now go and talk with a few dark elves, the one siting in front of New Gnissis and the one who owns the farm. Tey say that Dunmer dont do enough and only complain.
The opening scene, about imperial spies, remember that? Well go to New Gnisis and climb up a floor or two. Is that an imperial armor on the shelves?
Nice, now go to the marketplace, talk to Niranye or whatever she is called, the high elf. Ask her how is she treated? Even though she is a high elf, and thalmor are.... what..?
Also take a look at her house, one of the biggest in Windhelm. Oh yes, and what does she say about dark elves?

And one more thing, what do Dunmer do for the city which took them in after Red mountain exploded and saved their lives. Are they fighting in the Stormcloaks? Isnt that the only reason the Stone-fist guy doesnt like them? Because they dont help in the war? They say "its not their figt". Well if a war which includes city you live in for many years, which practicaly saved your life and you dont fight for it nor even consider it "our fight" then I dont see how you can yell about unfair treatment. If you dont see this fight as yours then I dont see you as belonging here.

Doesn't make him racist. Ulfric is mistrusting of anybody he doesn't know very well and he's wise to do so. The Khajiit are notorious for being thieves and smugglers. Why would he divert troops and valuable manpower to assist a khajiit caravan under duress, when he needs all the available manpower he can muster for the war effort? He neglects his own people that live with him in Windhelm, so coming to the aid of the odd villager in the wilderness, is not surprisingly, low on his priority list. The Dark Elf refugees are living in his city as I stated earlier, so I'm not too sure what you mean by that statement. He could order them all killed or exiled if he chose to and yet they live, actually making the majority of Windhelm's vendors no less. Solsteim was given to them after the Red Mountain erupted as a haven and later made a part of Morrowind. Skyrim has been accepting of Dark Elves in recent times and Ulfric honours this by allowing them to have their own little community within a community. It's not Ulfric, rather the narrow-minded Nord riff raff that makes up a small percentage of Windhelm's populace that antagonise the Dunmer. However, these prejudiced individuals can be found all over Skyrim. Ulfric is an arrogant, tyrannical coward in my view, having said that however, I remain unconvinced that racism is one of his many character flaws. Just calling it like I see it.

Maybe that's what khajit have to scrape by, living in a caravan you gotta have something to numb the boredom.

Argonians don't get paid enough, what are they supposed to do, when you get treated badly you're gonna have to take advantage of anything you have.

Just think if you were't allowed in any city, stuck in a dirty caravan wouldn't you take anything that would make it easier or numb down the misery with a drug or something.

As for the dunmer thing they know they would've been fighting on a side which hates them as the point of my question.

I've studied the lore of this and that and enjoy a spirited debate as much as anyone. Some members have educated me in game lore and helped my Elder Scrolls knowledge grow, so I'm always open to hear new things and different viewpoints. I have this opinion though, based on my experience in game and as I've stated before I just don't see the racism thing from Ulfric personally. JMO

Numbing boredom is OK, but it isnt in their inventory for personal use, as I said they are selling that. And I dont see any city greeting drug dealers with open arms.

Ever thought that they are treated badly because they are involved in criminal activities? What does argonian in solitude do, he wrecks a ship, turns of the lighthouse, steals and tries to kill you.
The one in East empire trade something, he also steals, thieves and disrupts funds. Are they treated "badly" in solitude?

As for a dunmer they are hated because they arent fighting for a city that took them in. If they were hated before that they wouldnt be allowed in the city, and they could just be told to move on, or even killed the moment they enter Skyrim. But instead of fighting for a city which saved them, they consider it "not their war", also favor empire without seeing how Windhelm saved them, basicaly behaving like its their God given right to be treated like royalty without doing anything or giving back to the comunity they live in.
If Ulfric was really racist the marketplace high elf would be killed the moment it stepped in the city, or at least not allowed to own one of the Biggest houses in Windhelm.

Sounds to me like u guys just hate Yarl Ulfric and the Stormcloaks cuz the Nords are white, i believe if they were Redguard yall would not have any problems with them, lol u guys are the racist's. End of discussion.
