I have decided that I am going to start a new character for the sole purpose of killing every single non-essential NPC. I'm going to find a list of all the non-essentials, and then I'll write them all down, and cross out every single one as I kill them. Types of characters like guards, bandits, Thalmor, etc. who don't necessarily have an identity don't count. I know a lot of people have characters that just kill everyone they see (I have one, but I didn't think of keeping track of my kills), but does anyone know for a fact that they kill every single person you can kill?
