To start this off, I am just going to point out that my wife keeps complaining about the wolves and giant spiders and bears. None of which I have ever seen outside my house, I have only ever seen giants and bandits. But really what I am annoyed with is that my wife, Aela the Huntress, is complaining about these things even though she thoroughly enjoys fights and this should be easy for her. If you have any similar situations with your spouse please post it.

My family lives at Winstead Manor. A wife (the Dunmer woman from the College) and 2 daughters.

Wifey just loves it and says so repeatedly.

However, at least one of the kids (I can't tell them apart ) is obsessed with the idea of monsters in the nearby swamp and discusses it almost exclusively.

I'll have to go check it out someday. :)

The only one I can recall is Temba Wide-Arm does not like Breezehome very much.

Yeah, if I remember correctly Lucia is scared of the swamp monsters, even though I have gone out there multiple times and killed everything there, multiple times.

My family seems pretty meh about living in Heljarchen Hall, but I see a lot of crap around, Giants, Vampires, Bandits, and wild animals needless to say it gets somewhat annoying. Not to mention a crab spawned in my main hall. But Mjoll likes it I think. One of my kids complains about how cold it is.

My spouse seems to like Proudspire Manor, the kids like Solitude also. One of my kids talks of joining the Imperial Legion when he is older.

For some reason I can't get Mjoll to move back to Solitude, or any vanilla house. But how does that work, where do the kids sleep? There is only one bed and if there were two I imagine Jordis getting dibs lol.

You need to buy child bedrooms from the Steward.

My family seem to like Heljarchen Hall. I imagine Vorstag likes it because he can go hunting, and Hroar likes it for the same reason. My daughter complained about the cold at first, but I think she mentioned going sledding? I don't remember.

Oh. She also refused to go in the basement for a while because of a skeever infestation.

I honestly like breeze home better then most of the other homes you can get, base game or after hearthfire. HATE HATE HATE the solitoad (spellings wrong I know) home.
