Ill research it now. Thats a fort from the Civil War Quest if Im correct.

Thanks for the props, hombre. and those leaps of faith are some of my favorite! But when we try to develop the Assassin Hooded Armor, if you look back on previous pages, you can we are trying to develop a armor set that is obtainable early on in the game or at least very quickly and can be aquired without joining a faction, But by all means you can join any other guild you want and wear their armor but we do this for those who want to souly be an Assassin
Alright, was just a suggestion for those who might want it, everyone seems to forget this armor set. Oh, and on the note of leaps of faith, are there any others that you've found? I'm always looking for them but haven't really found any others

nobody has posted since the 26th of April me sad

We have been out making coin for the Guild......:D

Actually, my son saved over my last assassin build, so I need to start over. While I wanted to scream, I realized that maybe I needed to try another style. I toyed with the Mage style, for a bit. Then, that save got corrupted when our power went out, so now I am trying a Paladin. I spent some time with a 2H Barbarian, and while that is fun, it is slightly OP to me. So I went with a Paladin, just for some fun. My Assassin will be back though, probably this weekend. I just haven't decided where to start this one.

Out of curiousity, what skills do you all use for your assassin?

For me, I usually go with Archery/LA/Sneak/1H, but I see others using Alchemy. Can someone please explain this one to me? I struggle mightily with this skill. Short of spending game hours, and real time hours picking and gathering ingredients, is there somewhere in the game to learn Alchemy?

Fort Amol is the perfect size, but Its also a Stormcloak fort. If someone wanted to play an Assassin AND The Civil War, they would lose their fort to either side of the Quest. Although, maybe having a garrisoned fort isnt all that bad, eh? Anyways, for anyone else reading I would like to restate the contentions for finding the fort.

Previous Contentions
1.) Which fort? Something small, or large? Where? Location, my friends. Location
2.) How do we actually "renovate" a fort? Thats why i suggest something small or a player home.
3.) If we leave our base for too long won't it become reoccupied and our loot stolen?

New Contentions:
4.) Something with as many crafting stations as possible, Smithing, Enchanting, Alchemy

Ill also be looking into weather or not a garrisoned fort will prove beneficial, my theory is that as long as their are troops their it will keep the fort and its bounty from being lost, looted, or stolen. But it does seem to be a bit un-lore friendly that an Assassin is hanging out with a bunch of soldiers.... Ill work on it

You would not even have to do the civil war because when I went there it was full of high elve mages

I use One-handed, Sneak, Light armor, and Smithing. My character is obsessed about his weapons, kinda like me. Always sharpening our knives we are, usually while others are smoking and joking unawares......

Smithing is usually my 5th skill, because I will always have that shield on hand.

Have to always sharpen the sword & dagger, make sure the armor & shield are repaired, and that the bow is strong........

I don't know if this idea has already been given , but I think we could make a secret sanctuary inside a home in Markarth :D.

How do you backstab a Dragon?
Like maybe at the shrine of talos in markarth?
Would Talos & Sithis really get along? It might confuse the populace if you kept saying "Hail Sithis" every time you walked in to the Talos Shrine. On the other hand, when I'm in Markarth, it's the one place where, apparently they all know I'm Brotherhood and treat me with respect. Hmmm....

Discretion is key my friend.

Hey, Guys. Sorry I’ve been so busy. I have SAT’s coming up AND finals AND some live performances coming up (that’s right I’m in a band, gotta problem?) AND my girl is kinda freakin out AND I haven’t really been playing Skyrim, I’m getting back into AC: B as a matter of fact. But I digress…

If you have the time, I would like to get to know my fellow Assassins. Post your, if you have one, Assassin his or her background/ story and skillset. Try to follow this template:

Name: Salazar Roman

Race: Argonian

Skills: Sneak, One hand, Alchemy, Light Armour, Smithing

Bio: Salazar was recruited by the Assassins Guild of Markarth originally as an Alchemist and Engineer. He worked closely with Guild Master, Dallas Kenway, and formed a close bond with the Breton. But when Templar hitmen stormed Vlindrel Halland killed Dallas and his recruits, Salazar was left with the burden of avenging his team and restoring the Order in Markarth

Pretty good, eh? Anyway post your comments and get to know your brothers. Best of luck, good hunting.
