IMG_0288.jpgIMG_0289.jpg I was thinking maybe a cruise around Alinor, not too sure though. Any suggestions anyone?

Well, I don't know about you but nothing screams "romance" like a good ol' dragon hunt. Maybe a get away to a cabin in the mountains though?

Well, there's always the Lovers' Tent (a short walk due east from the entrance to Dawnstar Sanctuary). It's already stocked with flowers, wine, and two bedrolls, so all it's really missing is a copy of The Lusty Argonian Maid and some leather strips  ...or the hot springs in Eastmarch...the one just southwest of Eldergleam Sanctuary is apparently the nude beach of Skyrim :p

I usually take my spouses to Dwemer ruins, or to some random cave to kill bandits with me. It's not much of a Skyrim honeymoon unless you've killed someone, right?

That place during the Dawnguard questline where you read the elder scrolls in. The name always escapes.

You could take her back to the chapel to "renew your vows" and hand her a few presents.

I might be a little late but there's a next time, right? :D

Hello Thalmor Scumbag,
There is always a nice place in Cidhna Mine available for a very low price. There are many activities. You can experience a beheading in a first person view. They have great messages provided by a trained orc named Ghorkul the Beast. Ignore "the Beast" part he is a nice man. If you feel like going on an adventure and trying something new like mining for silver, you can mine silver right here! If you mine enough silver you might even earn an early relea..... I mean a bit of money. So come on down Thalmor Scumbags, I am sure you will enjoy your stay. Remember it's not a Thalmor Scumbag's vacation without getting beat up by the local Nord population. I hope you will choose us for your next stay.

As the Arch Mage I took my husband up to the college. The Arch Mage's quarters are stunningly beautiful and there's plenty of privacy.

Taarie doesn't seem like she would enjoy camping, or bathing in muddy hot springs somewhere in the middle of nowhere. She's an elf of class.

A trip to High Hrothgar could also be relaxing. Maybe even give her a reality check by taking that journey up to the Throat of the World.

I would highly suggest the Throat of the World. She would have a wonderful time falling off the edge enjoying the view. It is quite spectacular.

Dude, the elf doesn't want to kill his wife!

I heard Castle Volkihar is now open to visitors. You can dump her as a cattle and then enjoy your bachelor life!

The Legion offers a nice romantic spot for Thalmor, beautiful view, a lot of fresh air. Lord Naarifin said he enjoyed it very much for the thirty three days he was there.

Um by far the classiest elf around?! Anyway your all too late. We're in Daggerfall right now. Perhaps for our anniversary ill consider your suggestions. They all sound so wonderful and not painful in any way! Especially the "beautiful view" you left out the flight through the sky via winged Daedra! So romantic <3

I also left out the thousands of dead Aldmeri lying about, some probably got their heads along the walls of the Imperial City. Minor details, don't matter too much :p

Honestly, I think Riften would be a nice honeymoon spot. The Chapel of Love is right there, the foliage is beautiful in the Autumn (and the rest of the year), the lake is gorgeous, quality mead-tastings abound and you can even go shopping for the finest oddities from Morrowind as souvenirs. As for the high rate of crime and poverty...well, it wouldn't be a tourist trap if there weren't panhandlers, right? ;D
