I've been lvl 81 for a long time but have never met the ebony warrior. I've been to all the cities and waited but nothing. Is there a command code for the console to get the quest started?
Funny thing is I've looked everywhere for him for ages but after making this forum post, I booted up the game and the first city I went to, he was there!
