I also kill those butthead bandits who approach you in the wild and say 'hold onto this and don't tell anyone or I'll kill you.' Well, you can't kill me if you're dead, can you? The first named NPC I killed was Paratus Decimus during the Revealing the Unseen Quest for the College of Winterhold quest line. I was really fed up with his attitude.

What was that quest like? I never got to do it.

I forget the guys name, but I had to silence that priest in Whiterun who keeps screaming all day long at the base of the stairs to Dragonreach. Ugggghhh I got so sick of listening to him piss and moan every time I walked through that square. He was practically begging for the arrow that finally silenced him.

First non-enemy NPC? Probably one of the Alik'r who were in the cave, I started off trying to sneak in some shots while still behind the waterfall, the most I've heard him say before they became hostile was for his men to hold.
WinterWolf : So, you killed Lucan and you just left it like that ? Lucan is the most important merchant in the game and you don’t want him dead but alive. He is the only one carrying 10k in his pocket to buy stuff from you in one-stop-sale-buy in Skyrim ?
They fixed that with the latest patch. It's no longer 12,000 but now just 2,000 like the rest of the busier merchants.
Still - my ALL TIME favorite kill was Barnabas, that damned talking dog of Vile's. SOOOOOO annoying. On the second part of the quest, I had to tell him to go away 'cause his barking was interferring with my sneak.
Barbas, he kept pushing me around, but I still spared him so I could get the Clavicus Masque.

Some farmer saying he was off to join the Stormcloaks, I pressed the wrong button and hit him with a shout and I got a bounty. Had to silence him, before he ran off to tell the Guards, then a Noble with a bodyguard saw me, had to kill them and then the bloody horse was apparently a valid witness.

Three people and a horse had to be killed cause I pressed the wrong button. Funny how things like that happen.
What's worse is that the buttons on the PS3 controller are overlapping the back, just rest the controller and the shout button is pressed, you aren't safe with anything aggressive.

The Imperial bitch who sentenced me to the block. I make sure I kill her first and let Ralof kill the other guy.
I don't know if it's the same Legate or not, looks and sounds like her but she seemed very oblivious to the Helgen incident and brings up how Tullias has spoken of this and that.

A wolf between Helgen and Riverwood. The same wolf who helped level up my Blocking. I admired it's persistance but it became annoying. People in Riverwood were shouting "can't you kill the damn thing? turn down the difficulty setting and finish it off so we can get some sleep"
