Werewolf (on PC) and this video will show you why:
Using these mods makes them just too damn awesome to pass-up.

I was joking here, I would say werewolf, if only you could stay as it forever unlike the vampire lord.
But Im going to say Vampire, far more RP perspectives.

Though I have yet to play a werewolf with the new skill set, the vampire skill set doesnt seem that great.

Only thing is I dislike the companions quests, well ever since doing quest after quest for the leaders after getting the totems and Aela had no option to get cured or anything, must have encountered some glitch/bug or something.

And the hair color of the werewolf, that sucks a little, when your character has white hair, I wish the wolf had white hair.

I prefer being a vampire lord and let me explain why.

Vampires are immortal. Unless if they get killed in battle, they can have an unlimited amount of lifespan.

Vampire lords can cast magic in the lord transformation while the werewolves cannot. Vampire lords can stay in their form until you're ready to revert back to human form, Werewolves has an limited time. As a vampire I can still have my resting bonuses... as a werewolf you no longer get it.

As a vampire lord I'm actually pleased with the glowly eyes effect.

Oh and as a Vampire lord you can win the heart of the girl that you want, and watch the werewolf cub walk away with his tail between his legs.... cough cough Twilight joke cough cough.

PS, theirs PC mods where you can have normal looking faces after you become a Vampire lord so it doesn't change your appearance. You don't look like a dried up corpse.

Except that A werewolf has Immortality too.

Thats what I hate with the breton eye color.

Vampires are known, hated and hunted, werewolves are not.

Don't get me wrong, I still favor the Vampire.

Lore-wise vampires do not eat ( i think ) and have a horny lust to rape people for their blood and the sun is a huge problem and if there are people who hate vampires, the eyes are a dead give away, immortality is either a blessing or a curse because i would not like to live forever. The advantage i guess is they at least give you a power boost especially mages.
Werewolf - do not have a urge to feed on people unless you enjoy killing your prey, damn cannibals! theirs no disadvantage of being a werewolf unless you cant control the form, with the werewolf ; you are stronger, faster, all your human performance are enhanced especially when you transform then upgrading them afterwards.

I would choose werewolf

Werewolves also have immortality, unless you can't contain the inner beast and people know what you are.

Uh no they do not have immortality... not in Skyrim version they do not. Kodlak rambles on about getting old and going to Sovngarde... so no they do not have immortality. Find me a werewolf that is as old if not older than Lord Harkon, and we'll talk :)

And you're wrong again. Werewolves are also hated and hunted by mortals. You have the Silver hands and the Vigilants of Stendar who hunts them down.

I'm not sure Werewolves (In Skyrim ONLY) have immortality. I do know that the "Curse" grants them greatly improved human abilities and that they do have an extended life (as they are immune to diseases, sickness, etc.) They are not immortal, but can live long long lives from the way I understand the in-game books/literature.

Well the werewolf is strong in melee. I have a warrior PC that is one. I tried vampire lord and he is useful with a mage PC, but the melee form is useless. I think they have their advantages and disadvantages, but like I said
Werewolf= melee
Vampire lord= magic, (like conjuring and blood)

For the first one you even get nice kill moves hehe. I know they removed the 4 stage of the vampire, so they will attack you only if you reveal your true form, and I think it's a good change because it was annoying getting attacked on sight by imperial guards on Oblivion. Well If I have to choose, I would take the werewolf.

Personally, I prefer werewolf. I can't seem to find Vampire Lord's being that powerful, as it takes me around 8 hits to kill a standard vampire as a Vampire Lord, or just 1 hit if I use my sword. I enjoy werewolves a lot more due to their sheer speed and strong melee attacks. They also look pretty cool and have some decent effects. I'm probably going to try and unlock all the perks for Vampire Lord and see if it improves much.

because of the limited time u have as a wearwolf Its defo the vampire lord for me, also I hate being a vampire because stamina (magic/health) does not regenerate during daylight, try running somehwere and run out of stamina its friken annoying  there both aload of plopse I want something new something refreshing I want a wearbear or a wearduck or a wearskeever anything to get me away from both those awfull choices.

Werewolf ... for the heck of it by the way ... to protect myself from Vampirism. I am about to cure myself from being a werewolf though. I already finished Dawnguard so I do not see the need to continue being a werewolf. If I have to hunt down a vampire, then I will sneak and kill him with my bow.

I prefer werewolf,...I put off finishing the companions quests with my second character but I got tired of contracting that Sanguinare Vampiris or whatever,..and having to rush to a shrine before it turned me into a vampire...the weakness to sunlight is annoying haha. I like the werewolf's perks and it's great melee style fighting. I can take on much more powerful creatures as a werewolf..such as giants, that I otherwise would die 15 times trying to kill at my current level. haha. Just my personal preference :)

I got tired of both when I was inflicted but I just downloaded Dawnguard and will begin playing with it soon. I like both premises but sometimes I wish I could switch to first person point of view from time to time. I came across Werebears in the Dragonborn DLC when exploring the map trying to see what all there is to fast travel to and that bit intrigued me. I wish to see a wereslaughterfish.

Haha! Wereslaughterfish would be interesting....but yea I was exploring and got destroyed by a pack of 5 werebears on the side of one of the hills/mountains or somewhere...but I was just walking along and, there they were! haha. Werebear is weird to say, it doesn't sound all that scary...my brain seems to associate it with the word "CareBear"...hmm.

Personally I would like to be a WereSabrecat (probably the Vale variety from Dawnguard..their markings are cool...ha)...I'd be sneaky, fast, and be good at melee all at the same time...AND have long fangs. Anyway, enough with the "barely on topic" stuff, lol

I also wish there was a 1st person view. And I've never tried sneaking as a werewolf, but I assume you can't do that either.
