BRINGER OF DEATH
I'm posting this because Skyrim has many glitches, and most of the time I either will find them to be funny quirks or something I can put up with, but today it really pissed me off.

I was in Whiterun and I had accidentally killed someone in Riverwood, while fighting a dragon, so the guards all came after me. I said, "Screw it, I'll just kill them and forever have a bounty on my head in Whiterun." I then went on to kill all the guards in Whiterun, but after killing one normal guard, I got a bounty in the RIFT! I was in Whiterun killing a Whiterun guard and I get a bounty on my head in the RIFT. I didn't have a recent save spot so now I just have to live with it for the rest of my character's life.

Now please tell me about your experience with specific glitches that you have come across in Skyrim. Whether they were annoying, awesome, weird, funny, or screwed up your game really badly.

Is that fur coming out of your ears?
I once opened a door and my game crashed. Good times.

Even with Patches and anti-glitch mods, I still get this at least once a week...

I posted this a while ago-
Louis Letrush seems to glitch quite a bit. I would rather a missing Louis than more than one. In my game, after I finished the mission, watched him ride off, and traveled to Whiterun Stable. I found Louis Letrush stuck half way in the ground. I tried to push him out, but couldn't so I ended up punching him out. From then, he was always there. About 2 months later (real time), I traveled to Whiterun and found TWO Louis Letrush', both repeating the same things. About another 2 months later, I found a dead Louis Letrush out near Riften, so I went back to Whiterun, to find TWO LOUIS LETRUSH'S STANDING THERE. About 1 week later, hunting out near Riften, I saw who else but Louis Letrush. I backed away, to see a man rush up, stick a sword through his stomach and attack me (I killed him). As soon as this happened, I traveled back to Whiterun, to find................. TWO LOUIS LETRUSH'S STANDING THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!THAT'S 4 LOUIS LETRUSH'S!!!!! From then on, my future characters never had any contact with that evil, EVIL, man.

When I have a bounty in Falkreath I get chased by the Companions- Constanly talking to me, I believe they are marked as guards, but can't arrest you, so just annoy you by forcing you into converstation.

Similar to what the OP posted:

Last night I went on a massive killing spree in Whiterun (the city, its immediate surroundings and Riverwood). I discovered that the Noble's guard actually has guard dialogue, and will attempt to arrest you just like any Hold guard.
I had finished pretty much all the quests in that area, so I was able to kill some NPCs who used to be essential.

After several hours, I had racked up a bounty of 75k, BUT ~30k was in Falkreath, and another ~25k in Haafingar. Only ~20k was in Whiterun.

Also lately I've started having trouble with the beginning of "The Break of Dawn", even though it used to work without problems. Meridia will lift me up, say the first part of her "speech", and then go quiet. I try everything I can think of, but nothing helps. Then, after several minutes, she suddenly starts talking again, as if nothing had happened.
But I guess I'm lucky I haven't gotten permanently stuck -- or dropped down to my death. *knocks on wood*

One last thing: my horses have developed a habit of coming back from the dead. Like one time, I lost my horse because of a fall... and a few game days later the horse was back at Whiterun, tagged as my horse. But when I rode it, it behaved like a stolen/taken horse and headed back home the moment I dismounted. Buying a second horse had no effect on the first one's behaviour. It's still at the stables with its "Steal" twin.
This has happened two or three times, with different colour horses.

When I was doing the "House of Horrors" quest, I attempted open the locked door in the Abandoned House when Molag Bal is trying to make you fight with the other lad that was with you in there.

Somehow, the door was unlocked and I could leave the house. As soon as I was outside, Molag Bal started talking to me anyway with his dark, creepy voice and have his dialogue. That was already scary, but if Molag Bal can still haunt and curse you outside the Abandoned House...

I'm screwed.

Let's see, there was the time I Freeze Shouted a bear and it took off like a rocket into the sky. It spinned up above the trees and I never saw it again. Hilarous.

First time I was in Riften I walked out of the Bunkhouse and there was this Night Elf sunk into the ground talking to me, I don't know his name since I make a point not to go there except when I wanted to marry. But yeah even after I left that part of town and came back, he was still there like that.

Most annoying was this afternoon in Labryinthian, after fighting some tough deadites I noticed Marcurio wasn't there. I backed up to the previous room and here he was stuck in one of those huge firepits, burning. I have no clue how he got like that but I had to reload my save point.

I was in winterhold, and I tried to pickpocket one of the guards, but they caught me, and I never pay up or go to jail, so I of course ran. After running a bit, I hid behind a rock and thought I had finally lost them when who should show up, but Farkas with his big greatsword. Next thing I know he is taking a junk out of me and I end up on the run for another 30 minutes as Farkas is chasing me like a guard, but at the same time the winterhold guards have found me are now shooting me full of arrows.
First, how does Farkas get from whiterun to winterhold for no apparent reason as he was not my follower and in this playthrough I had yet to have even talked with him?
Second, why would Farkas, one of THE STRONGEST of THE COMPANIONS and a WEREWOLF chasing me with the one intent of killing me? I mean REALLY!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME SKYRIM!

My last glitch was actually quite awesome. I hit berserker rage and decided to fist fight a giant. Well, you know how giants are. Ragdoll to the moon. But next to me was the giant, in the air. Next to me, he rag dolled himself also! We hit the ground at the same time. But I got up, he died, I damn sure diddent. Now I want to go stare a dragon priest to death because I must be the baddest son of a gun in all of Skyrim.

I've only just realized that wolves (whether they be "regular", Pit or Ice ones) never howl anymore. Or not audibly, anyway; they still do the howling animation, but there's no sound.
Not that I mind terribly... hearing that sound every five minutes tended to get quite annoying. :D

Well, I've got a new one. Dogs seem to be multiplying inside of my cities. While it isn't a huge problem, they're strangly all named Hund.

EDIT: Googled it. Hund is german for dog I think?

I get this glitch (or a similar one quite often) (see my post on the "My Horse Hates Me..." thread. Currently I am being followed around by 4 horses that suddenly appear out of nowhere (I never bought any of them, they just appeared one day). The horses will appear randomly and let me ride them but walk away when I get off (no steal) and then will appear again randomly as I move forward (sometimes there's 2 or three of them). I also have a horse that has died so many times I've lost count, but he keeps coming back and behaves like the random 4. Now notice that I didn't buy any of those horses. The one I did by at the Whiterun Stables currently lives on the stable roof and simply won't come down. I've considered shooting him down, but that just seems cruel and would probably piss off the stable owner.

One time i decapitated a guard in plain sight and got no bounty, the music started and the red dots on the compass appeared but they did not attack.

Louis Letush was easily the worst. Grew sick of his clones standing outside of the Whiterun Stables but it's been fixed. I'd like to lose Gallus's journal. Most the worst ones have been patched. Apart from levitating mammoths falling out of the sky. Do they think they can fly? No wonder they are extinct.
