Hey guys, so my computer is capable of playing skyrim, but there are some major frame lost when recording. I also do not own a widescreen monitor so the video isn't in a great size.

Anyways the summary of the story is this.

The redguard "Zen" was attacked while training in Elswyre by a man in all black armor. Years later he has heard rumors of siting of this man in skyrim. He journey's to skyrim to search for this man only to find more troubles that calls for his attention. Alduin has returned and now he must gather as much strength as possible in order to remove Alduin before pursuing the man who left a scar that even the wolf blood passed down by his family can not heal.

The video is just a test to get feed back from, The audio is a bit weird at times because I did not have my headphones in.

So would anyone be interested in a Let's Play with this quality and story =o ? If not I wont bother recording and just play for my personal interest :D

Alright, I've been working on the settings even more and got a better output going.

I would really like to hear feedback if possible =o

Honestly, I'm not much of a fan of Let's Plays, but I've seen way worst quality than this. You should look into the frame rate issue though, it doesn't look like normal lag. What software are you using to record?

camtasia - I'm doing a fraps test in a bit - the only problem is that fraps records things without encoding as it goes. So the file sizes can become huge. I'll be running a 15-30 min recording test to see how large the files get - as I have hard drives that may or may not be able to hold them if they start reaching sizes of 50gigs

I also want to add that I plan on making this more like a show - if I actually start.

If you want to reduce the lag, try uncompressed avi (if your dd can handle it) and reduce the framerate to 30. That may be why fraps refuses to automatically compress (don't know never used it).
