I haven't found any exploit guides here so I think there should be one. I've discovered most of the hidden chests in all holds but I'm going to post a few Riften glitches here. Post any you've come across and any quick ways to level up skills/overall.

Do Not Delete chest: found in Elgrim's Elixirs, using the plate/platter method to run beyond the hollow wall to the left of the alchemy table. Do Not Delete chest is used to view the Riverwood Trader's (Lucan) inventory. To obtain his hidden chest items you need to visit the Riverwood Trader on the second floor. Jump on top of the dresser against the wall (in between the two beds and to the left of a nightstand) Grab a plate so it floats in front of you, against the wall. Then run forward through the wall and drop the Do Not Delete chest in mid air as a "stepping stone" to get to Lucan's hidden chest.

Speech:
This one is common. I'm sure everyone knows it. Ungrien, employee at the Riften Black-Briar Meadery, is all you need to reach 100 speech at a faster-than-normal pace. Talk to him and select the dialogue where you ask him to "Tell you about the Meadery or Maven". He will lie and say she's great to work for. Then you choose to persuade him. Regardless if the persuasion fails or not, click the same dialogue again (Tell me about Maven Black-Briar). This time bribe him. I'm almost certain this always succeeds. After bribing, select the "Tell me about" dialogue once again and continue to persuade him. Keep speaking to him with that combo of dialogue selections: ("Tell me about" & then persuade.) Keep persuading for as long as you'd like. This is the fastest way to achieve the 100 speech skill in Skyrim.

Hidden chests:
After becoming Guild Master and completing the Thieves Guild quest-line, 4 merchants set up shop in the Ragged Flagon. Although, you don't need to be Guild Master to access their chests. (Even the fence's chest: Tonila) Hell, you don't even need to be associated with the Thieves' Guild to view their merchants' inventories. (You can take their hidden chest items even if you haven't unlocked the merchants via Delvin & Vex's miscellaneous quests. (Burglary, shill, sweep, numbers, fishing, etc.) Get to the Ragged Flagon, one way or another and face "The Ratway" door. (This can be done against a wall as well) Face a platter/plate against the wall (I've only had success using wooden plates, although most people claim that platters are essential for this glitch). This is just one of those cliche plate-run methods. So do just that. Run through the wall holding the plate in front of your face, against the wall. There are 6 chests I believe. And make sure to come up for air or you will drown.

Yeah, I ran across a few glitches and bugs. For example, the mannequins in my Solitude home were no longer on their stands but were standing in the room. Another weird bug is that the Daedra Ebony blade you get for helping the Jarl's son can't be holstered on a plaque or weapon rack. Every time I try it, it'll appear in the room and drop onto the floor. A few places while mountain climbing (specifically in the north around the Labrynth and Mehrune Dagon's shrine) there's a place where the rock doesn't even connect to the rest of the mountain, the bottom is completely see through and you see beyond the limits of Skyrim. Can't go through it though.

Another weird one is the occasional story line problem, for example, when you're trying to get rid of vampirism with Fallion in Morthal, sometimes he doesn't even go to the shrine but he'll be near it. He won't initiate the ritual or anything as if you're talking to him casually, you must PUSH him into the circle to initiate the ritual. Another one that just occurred last night during the Thieves Guild quest, Mercer Frey wouldn't unlock the puzzle door, he just stood there in front of it, Karliah was near and he wouldn't do anything, so I beat him around and still nothing. Wait another hour and he finally triggers the event to unlock it. I've seen my guy get hurt for tripping on pots and urns, I've seen folks fly through walls and fall through floors upon killing them. I don't know if it's just the PS3 version with this many problems but I know the menu lag and saving/waiting delay does exist in the 360 version.

The mannequins in houses you've built actually are useful for duplicating my items but other than that the mannequins and weapon racks are a pain. Especially display cases. Sucks.
