i have read a few articles and still have no idea what it is. What happens? how does it work? My puny mind is in no state to comprehend what is going on, it's friday and i'm tired. I don't have time to understand what people are saying.

It takes a skill at 100 and sets it back at 15, giving back any perks in that skill tree, but also removing all the benefits of being at a higher level.
Getting the skill back to 100 adds to your overall level allowing you to go above 81 and get additional perk points.

That's very interesting, can you choose to do this? Or as soon as you reach 100 does it just lower your skills?

You choose to. Making it automatic would be a game-destroying change--you'd never be able to get the last perk(s) in any of the skills!

ah yeah of course, I didn't think, so now in theory you could get every perk in the game?

Yeah . . . in theory. The amount of time it would take you to relevel everything enough to get to level 263(?) would probably kill most people though.

My thought process on this:

"I CAN DO THIS BECAUSE I'M AWESOME!"

"Wait... How much time would that take?"

*Le calculating amount of time it would take*

"Uhhh. Just kidding, guys. I was just messing..."

It would have been easy for the cheats just by re-doing the oghma infinium glitch, however I noticed that they actually patch the bookshelf glitch in the 1.9 update too hahaha :p

So, wait. How does one do this?

I'm guessing that when you reach 100 in a skill and you select it in the perk screen you can press a button to make it legendary, this then resets it to 15 and the skill increases contribute to the next level which will be 82.

Well this will certainly make things more interesting

I don't think it will make much difference tbh, 95% of level 81's are oghma infinium glitch cheats, the rest had to grind skills that they would never normally use and were out of spec with their class.
Most classes are maxed at 50-60.

I have a few Oghma Infinium glitched builds, the rest are normal. But it'll be nice to see how the system works, gives me an opportunity to redefine some of builds.

I think it could be useful in some ways, it would allow you to level up and get more perks without having to use skills you don't like.
for example a typical assassin/warrior or mage gets all their most used skills maxed by 60 but their might still be a perk that you want, so with the new patch you could reset, one handed or sneak or conjuration and level it again to get some more perks, this way a mage wouldn't have to grind his heavy armour and 2 handed skills and a warrior wouldn't have to start using destruction and conjuration.
