On topic, I've never married off any of my characters, but maybe try reloading? It takes a while for NPCs to get places, seeing as they weren't blessed with fast travel. If she still hasn't shown up, try checking in other places around the city. It sounds like she might have been killed or detained on the way to the new house. :/ In that case, there are console commands that I've seen that you can use to respawn her, but it's better to only do this if you're absolutely sure she's not coming back. You'll end up with two Ysilda's if the other isn't dead.
First place you should check, though, is the temple in which you were married. Somehow they end up there for whatever reason.
