Patch 1.3 out for 360

So, the Bethesda forums are ablaze with talk that the official patch (1.3) has been released by Microsoft today.

Has anyone downloaded it yet, and if so, can they verify that the Treasure Map chests are back?

I dont know if im talking about the same thing here as im pretty new to this game but I was given a treasure map by someone and when I went into the next town after the loading screen it said 'Treasure Map Removed' - Whats that all about?

(not that I could understand where the treasure was mind you just by looking at it)

i dont want to download it because im afraid it may fix the infinite weapon damage glitch thing lol

Just downloaded. would take some time for me to verify treasure chests as I have no maps currently but I'll see what I can do. Try to keep everyone updated on any obvious changes

Since the update on 360, I have been unable to find the chest IV. I've been to youtube to verify - it's just not there. You may need to go back where u got it before and check the chest again. Probably bethseda will do something about it.
