My favourite Thalmor is Ondolemar for the exact same reason most of the guys in this thread have Elenwen as their favourite.

I actually agreed to find evidence of Ogmund's Talos worship first time I met him, I was that bedazzled. It wasn't until I was outside Ogmund's house that the spell of desire Ondolemar had unwittingly cast on me wore off, and I began to wonder why I was trying to support a ban I did not agree with and do harm to a nice old man who had me no wrong.
I never talked to Ondolemar again, just in case my unreliable hormones made me turn Ogmund in next time. I took to lurking behind pillars and racing past when he and his hangers on and swept past.

I don't like any of them. All the Thalmor I came across were arrogant and/or tried to kill me. It's hard to like someone that way.
