Beating Rolf senseless was one of the more enjoyable parts of visiting Windhelm. Of course his being largely devoid of any sense to begin with sets the bar pretty low.
The town fool and drunk beaten down and put in his place by a strong Nord woman. It was a pleasure knocking around an unemployed loud mouthed loser leeching off of the good name of his brother. The man's an embarrasment to true sons and daughters of Kyne throughout Skyrim and Tamriel.

Your words are so cruel, yet fierce and awe inspiring. I could expect as much from a strong hardy Nord like you, no Dark Elf could ever grow a spine to stand up to me like that.

This cannot be questioned. I did it too (who doesn't? I can imagine even Galmar showing him his fist every once in a while too, for the sheer embarrassment over his lowly state). It was deeply satisfying for a few brief moments, until I realized that Rolff now thought of me as his new best friend. Were it possible to fight him every time I visited Windhelm... that would be satisfying.
