Kir the Silent
Until Your Flesh Is Consumed
Buttons burts into the room suddenly as he was speaking with the new girl with fury in her face and yelled at her, before her eyes locked on Kir and she remembered what she was going to do, she gently shoved the other girl out of the way reaching into her pocket pulling out the note and handing it to Kir " I dont know what you did after Soli Kir but I do not like being followed from my own home and to my contract by your little "friend", whatever you do you better deal with NOW!" her anger once again building up insider as her hands once again curled into a ball, shaking her head "I just cant deal with this anymore"
She left suddenly and he was alone with the mysterious note. His heart nearly stopped...he recognized the mark, it couldn't be...Sketch had been right! Or this was all a very elaborate game with a hidden puppeteer. No matter who it was, they now knew where he was...anyone who got close to him died...he solemnly read the letter, shock and horror on his face. He hid the letter inside of his pillow. He didn't want to to think about it right now...he wanted a bit longer to enjoy happiness.
He shook his head and decided it was time to do something useful, to stop lurking in the shadows. He headed to the kitchen and began preparing a very large meal, a feast of sorts. Everyone had slowly been arriving over the last several days and Buttons couln't be far behind, she seemed to be the only person yet to return. He started a large pot of horker stew with the perfect compliment of herbs and spices. He roasted two ox legs he had purchased in Windhelm and some venison as well. Slow roasting them to lock in the juices and flavors. People from his past often said his cooking rivaled the Gourmet's. He set he table while the food simmired and delicious aruomas began to fill the sanctuary, he also brought out some of his stash; Firebrand wine. He finished grilling some leek with rabbit haunch in another pot and started to gather the food, footsteps started to be heard with his acute hearing. People coming to investigate no doubt, he thought to himself. He was putting the final touches on the food. He would make his annoncement after everyone had eaten. Hopefully Buttons would be back soon, so he could apologize...
