"I dont exactly know where they are, but we could check out the inn. They might be there." Achilles turned and left the Hall of the Dead waiting outside for Rowyn. "Hopefully the rest of the group doesnt tear me to peices for bringing an Inquisitor to them. If Rowyn doesnt try anything, then we should be fine." Achilles thought to himself.

Xander Snarled at the orc's words. He felt adrenaline rush through his veins as he pulled his left arm from the orc's death grip. He pulled with all his might until it finally slipped. Xander then searched for the Orc's wrist. once he found it xander slid close to the dog's face.

"You speak of love..You speak of protection..But what you must've forgotten is that Love is mutual. Does she feel the same about you? Does she love you? Care for you? Don't you see? You are being used as protection..If she loved you then she would protect you. If she loved you then she would make sure you are safe..She wouldn't flee like a coward and leave you to face a battle or even worst..Death."

Xander's jaws clamped at the last word making a loud snapping noise. He continued repositioning himself trying to make sure the Orc wouldn't overpower him easily.

"You are nothing..You have no homeland. Orsinuim is with highr rock the land of the bretons. Tell me dog..Where is the land of the Orcs....?"

Xander leaned forward inhaling the scent of the Orc..By doing so he would be able to track him if need be....If the Dog bested him in combat causing Xander to flee. He waiting for the Orc to respond still keeping his face close to the Orc's.

Rowyn followed him outside and then started walking. Her pace wasn't rushed. Why rush when everyone will just keep dying? She thought pessimistically as she stuffed her hands in her pockets moodily.

"Why haven't you vigilantes lost hope? Everything is working against you all..." She kept her eyes straight ahead as she walked through the town towards the inn. The people's whispers were more hushed than they had been when Achilles and her had passed through earlier. She didn't mind that. She didn't mind that at all. Let them talk...maybe fear will drive them to their homes to keep the streets clear...she huffed and reached into the inside jacket pocket pulling out a small rolled paper that she held lightly between her lips as she fished inside the pocket for a something to light it with.

"Do you have a light?" She could taste the tobacco inside the paper against her tongue. She really just wanted something to occupy her hands as they walked to the inn. Maybe it would help wake her up a little bit, but she doubted it.

"Fair enough he is all yours." Said Thrain moving too the door of the inn, Stopping anyone from leaving. "I swear to nine this Lizard better not try anything or I will gut him." Thrain thought his body still tense and any ready for anything. Thrain has seen a lot of things in his life but not a lizard this big, Thrain's eyes staring down the lizard. His mind racing through if was to fight him how he could put his mace into the skull of the lizard.

" You know not of the conditions. Maybe she doesn't, but ill still die for her if need be. Not tonight though, tonight you die. " He dropped lower that him, and rammed up into the lizards chest as hard as he could. He quickly stepped back a few steps. He snarled at him and grabs a nearby candle holder. He slammed the top of it on the floor breaking it, leaving a jagged point almost like a spear point. "Enough talk I will let you leave on one condition. If you swear to give up this pursuit." He turned side ways to the giant lizard. He got back into a battle stance.

She hears the confrontation and looks at the door. Figuring that Ogar is in some kind of trouble, she hurries out of the room. "Hey Ogie... is everything..." She starts off, but stops mid sentence, seeing that the giant Argonian is still there. "Ogie? Is everything alright?" She asks, worry lining her tone. She looks at the Argonian, a firebolt building in her hand at the thought that Ogar may be in danger. She throws the firebolt at the Argonian's feet. "It's me that you want is it not? Then why don't you leave him alone." She states, looking at the Argonian.

Nikos hurriedly hid the body that he had beaten beyond recognition.

    plops. plops. plops....
    plops.

He himself had recieved quite a leathering during his spat with the necromancer, his nose was broken, a tooth had been knocked out and his left eye had been blackened and bruised. Yet, the practicioner of the dark arts was far the worse for wear...
For starters...he was dead and being dragged behind a woodshed where the Inquisitor was trying to figure out a way of disposing the body that was so torn up and mangled that it looked like the poor sod had been mauled by multiple bears and then clubbed a few times by a giant.

Ways of disposal flashed up into Nikos' conscious. There was an axe nearby, he could dismember the corpse and feed it to the nearby pigs who were snuffling in their slop troughs. Or, he could just bury the damn thing out in the wilderness or simply dump the body in a ditch or river to become bloated with water, swell, and rot for the fishes and parasites.

Nikos breathed angrily through his one working nostril, creating a small, thick blood bubble before it popped and splattered small droplets on the left side of his cheek.

Hurriedly, he wiped the gore from his face, (to no success as it quickly started to accumulate again), and hoisted the body further onto his good shoulder. His damaged knee gave out as he reached a particularly troublesome ditch and it gave out without much warning aside from the agonising twinge it gave. The corpse and he tumbled in sick unison down the small slope and landed askew in the stinking ditch. The heavy cadaver landed on Nikos' legs and he yowled in pain as his weakened ankle gave up the ghost; leaving him with very little choice other than to remain face down in this sluggish mess of nature; mud, wet leaves, insects and broken branches thinly disguised in a flimsy veil of weak, melting snow.

He swallowed, battered, bruised, and partially broken, body quivering as he was wracked with pain in this cold, damp pit of despair. He cracked open the puffy, swollen black eye and saw a beetle scurrying towards him with its black exo-skeleton gleaming in cold, merciless light. He growled at it and squashed it under his palm in a vicious outburst.

However, the sharp movement took it out of him and he fell into unconsciousness, covered in dirt, blood and bruises.

    And all because...because...

Nagisus snarled and growled, before muttering a few curses in Jel, roughly translating to "&@%$ this noise." He then added, "I'm leaving to do some actual investigation. Be sure to get your naps, buds-of-stalks!" He walked over to the nearest window...

...and kicked a hole in the wall.

Nagisus crawled through the hole in the wall, after burning it with an enchanted throwing knife to make it bigger. He looked around and thought about where to go next. But after a short walk in his chosen direction, he bumped into Rowyn and Achilles. Startled for a second, having run into an Inquisitor, he quickly realized it was his helper. "Oh, it's you. Greetings. I suppose you need something to light that with?" he asked, singing the tip of her cigarette with his enchanted knife and turning to Achilles. "And how would you be?"

Rowyn muttered "thanks" and inhaled deeply and then took the cigarette between her pointer and middle finger as she slowly blew the smoke out through her nose.

"I suppose I'm no worse for wear...I couldn't say the same about the two bodies we just looked at though." She pointed her thumb over her shoulder towards the two murder sites and then took another drag off her hand rolled cigarette.

"How are you?" She asked, the smoke puffing out with each word she said.

    Captain Nagisus

    Jake the Dog!
"Another two murders? This is getting worse and worse. I just hope the toll doesn't further increase," He replied, pointing over his shoulder, "seeing as how a particularly illegal one of your colleagues is really disturbing the peace." His soul smiled to itself. "That's it," he thought, "kill eachother and it's less work for me..." He then asked Rowyn if she had a spare bit of tobacco, before resuming his dark thoughts.

"Through the leaves of Summer trees,
    Swarms of little honeybees.
    Taking nectar from the plants,
Before their leaves are stolen by ants.

One by one, bit by bit,
Following hit with hit with hit.
    Smashing in their grotesque heads,
    Punishment from the despis`ed.

Through the branches of Winter's dead
    The little ants slowly tread
But no match are the tiny beasts
    To Summer's unyielding honeybees.

Snap their necks and burn them to ash,
'Til all that's left is gory trash.
Call me sick, just for killing,
But every honeybee has a sting..."

"Nasuuma didn't tell you about them?" She inhaled some more before fishing around in her pocket for another cigarette. She handed it to him and then thought about what he had said.

"Wait, what do you mean my mean colleague? It isn't Nikos is it? Last I saw he was across town..." She mused trying to think of who it might be. Nervously she took another few puffs on her cigarette trying to rack her brain for who the Inquisitor might be.

"So everyone is at the Inn?"

    Captain Nagisus

    Jake the Dog!
"Who, him? Last time I checked - which was when I took a few large blows to the head from him-" he said, taking the cigarette and lighting it with his throwing dagger, before taking a large puff and continuing on, "Nikos was not an egg brother. And if he was, he would be a better excuse for one than the blind beast threatening our party." He stuck out his tongue quickly, and smelled the air around him. Blood and gore from across town filled his senses, along with a sense of fulfilment.

"Yes, they are all at the inn. Do me a favour, sliver-of-good, and deal with the Orc brute and his lover. They're dangers to society, and as seemingly the single righteous guard in the city, is it not your duty to help the people?"

She furrowed her brows and blew out smoke. "It is...but what is your point? I don't know what Inquisitor you're talking about...unless of course The Inquisitor," she put stress on the name, "hired a new pair of hands to ruff up the town." She licked her fingers and pinched the end of the burning cigarette. There was still some left and she would save it for later.

"But even if it is one of the Inquisitors, would it not look fishy to my boss with me trying to calm down a possibly fatal fight between him and the vigilantes?" She tucked the left over bit of cigarette in her pocket while looking at Nagisus with her brows still knit together in confusion.

"But of course, it might not look so bad if you came with us since you are the one that reported the disturbance."

He woke from fleeting moments and when he turned (with much effort as his broken ankle protested with fierce enslaughts of pain), his face was close to the side of the head that Nikos had, quite literally, cracked open. He could see the mushy insides, the chips of bone and the curious insects; and seeing a rather large millipede slither its way out of that macabre hole, he flipped himself back open and vomited. The sights, the smells, the pain and the previous drink all worked to gang up on him and force him to empty his stomach and then some...

His brief conscious bout ended with him out near a puddle of his own steaming stomach contents:
    - Nikos 0 - Life 1

A fisherman, returning home, was the first to find them, both appearing dead and mangled, and he quickly sounded the alarm; running into the centre of town waving his fishing rod and his tin of maggots.

"MURDER! MURDER!" He yelled till he was blue in the face, "DOUBLE MURDER! SOMEBODY!"

    Captain Nagisus

    Jake the Dog!
"You misunderstand, miss. The Orc and his lover are vigilantes too, just as am I. The thing is, I despise them. After retaliating to nearly having my foot blown off by the lover by merely scratching her, the Orc threatened me insolently." He grunted indignantly and puffed his cigarette, before continuing, "I could make it very much worth your while. I am not without large amounts of money. After what I said in there...I need anybody untrustworthy who heard put away for a long, looong time."

Nasuuma gave a flick of her hair to Jaz and then an angry snarl, but before long Jaz had run out to her humby. Nasuuma gave a little shake of her head and Nasuuma then followed Jaz outside of the room, where the argonian was still fighting with the others.
" For f*** sakes how long will this last?" she thought to herself giving another tired shake of her head. Suddenly she saw Nagisus walk out... or not exactly just walk out, more like put a hole in the wall and then climb through it.

Nasuuma climbed through the wall a bit behind him, leaving the fight seen, as to be honest it wasn't any of her business. She also had to talk to Nagisus about this new alliance with Rowyn, which she still wasn't completely sure about, but she was going along with it... for now. Nasuuma stayed a bit behind him and when Nagisus bumped into Rowyn, Nasuuma stopped moving and waited a bit away, but close enough to hear them. Nasuuma listened closely and it was now clear to her that people knew about the crypt keeper.
" plops now thats another death spread out through the town," she thought angrily to herself, kicking the snow on the ground beneath her.

Nasuuma listened to their conversation and she then decided she would come in and get involved, just to make sure she didn't miss anything good. She then listened to what Nagisus was saying about getting Jaz and the orc killed and Nasuuma was shocked with what he wanted to happen. Nasuuma ran towards them and grabbed hold of Nagisus.
" No one else is dying especially people who are helping us! Do I make myself clear? Don't go making comments about people dying, because people already are and I... I mean we don't want another death on our hands. Okay?" Nasuuma said relising her grip on him and then putting her hands to her sides a little embarrassed of barging in and getting annoyed.

    Captain Nagisus

    Jake the Dog!
"I never said anything about death! I simply want them jailed." He then grabbed her by the shoulders and whispered in a sharp whisper, "You don't understand. It's their freedom, or my life. I could be killed for this, do you realise that? My head could be on a sharp pike in the middle of Lilmoth. I have gone through too much for my country to be killed by it. I can't leave my wife alone. I can't die, okay? I just can't." Shaking slightly, his eyes protecting his fear and slight anger, he took another puff of his cigarette.

Nasuuma pushed him off and was taken aback by what he said, it was so strange and it sounded so agressive, but yet desperate. She stared Nagisus in the face and then slapped him hard.
" Now that is for grabbing hold of me, for goodness sakes pull yourself together man," Nasuuma said clamping her hand across his face once more.
" Now please tell me what the hell you are talking about?"

"Help! Help!" The man continued to yell, but many people passing by just thought he was some raving lunatic and gave him a wide berth. He approached townsfolk but many recoiled from him and clutched their loved ones to their breast, protecting them from this flustered individual.

In all fairness, they didn't believe him...they were just too scared to admit to themselves that there was still a murderer on the loose, and he throat was still parched for the blood of the innocent.

Finally, the fisherman ran his way over to the troup outside the inn.
"Help me, help me please!" He panted, tired from his fruitless efforts. "There are two bodies in the ditch just out of town, they've been murdered!"

"If they are in fact vigilantes like you and your friends...then that makes you a traitor over something that you started since you say that you scratched her..." She stopped and sighed and looked at Achilles for a moment before looking ahead of her.

"I don't want your money, and as for the disturbance, I'll handle it how I see fit." It was then that she heard the screams of a man. It only took her a moment before she understood what the screamed words were saying.

"That will have to wait though. Achilles," She started to whisper to Achilles as she turned towards the noise so Nagisus couldn't see or hear what she was saying. "Keep an eye on him." She mouthed the words and adding a gesture that pointed to her eye and then she hooked a thumb backwards to represent that she meant Nagisus. She saw the man come up to them, shakily and she noticed that Nasuuma had also come out from the inn. She grabbed the man by his shoulders and asked, "Where again?" It was simple and he pointed shakily towards the edge of town.

Quickly she rushed towards the ditch and found Nikos bloody and battered. Vomit was beside him and there was a misshapen body on top or beside or maybe both? on him. She held a hand to her mouth as she gasped, the smell of tobacco still on her breath.

"Nikos!" She hurried down into the ditch but stopped herself remembering the other body. This was a crime scene and she couldn't interfere.

"What happened?" She asked incredulously not sure how to register what she was seeing.
