Sygun was enjoying Haru's embrace, so much that at first she didn't register Ashley's cry for help. "Haru! Sygun! Get down here!" It sounded like someone yelling through water to her, muffled and gurgled. It wasn't until Ashley repeated her cry that Sygun pulled her face away from Haru's. "Did you hear something?" she asked. Haru cocked his head at her and looked at her with confused eyes as Ashley slammed open the door. Startled, Sygun leapt from the wizard's lap, and it only took one look at Ashley's face to send the feeling of euphoria and her buzz from the alcohol crashing to the floor. She was disheveled, hair a mess, sweating and crying, out of breath from her run. Sygun led her over to the bed and sat her down, while Ashley recounted the story of what went on in Bertrand's house.

Dar'Ja was dead. The words rang in Sygun's ears, echoed in her cranium. She couldn't believe it. "Well, we do need to give him a decent burial," was the only words Sygun could think to say. She didn't like the feline, he drove her crazy as a matter of fact, but the death of a member of the company still came as a shock. She looked up and asked at no one in particular the question on everyone's mind: "What are we going to do?"

All the color in the wizard's tan skin drained as Ashley said those words. He was still pretty drunk, "Wha..but..How could this happen?" he uttered. "I thought you were just interrogating an Old Man?" Harudegarn's good emotions from Sygun and dreadful emotions from Dar'ja's death conflicted inside him, causing him to fall to his knees in grief.

Ashley was still tearing up. "I don't know. H-He took out the dagger after we got the info and stabbed Bertrand, and the dagger started to glow and Dar'Ja erupted into flames. I-I-I don't know how he got an enchanted dagger. But the enchantment went wrong and he just, erupted."

The wizard froze, his eyes widened, mind going blank. "Its..its my fault he's gone.." he thought. Suddenly, a jolt of rage went through him, harudegarn stood up and cursed the gods, feeling like a fool for ever trusting them. Sure it was his fault, but he had been so devout to Akatosh, how could his God let him suffer like this, Dar'ja shouldn't have had to pay for the wizard's mistake. Harudegarn ripped his Amulet off and burned it to ashes in his hand. "L..lets bury him now, it only makes sense." he gripped Sygun's hand, needing some comfort and answers.

Solknight ran in to see what was going on. Bertrand was dead... along with Dar'Ja. He just stood there, speechless. Ashley said that he killed Bertrand with his dagger, but the enchantment backfired. "Well, there goes our good friend, and our ONLY fluffING CHANCE OF DOING ANYMORE STEALTH OPERATIONS!" He slammed on the walls, screaming, crying, and cursing all at once. He was done with losing his comrades.

He also had to remember that they couldn't get spotted. He ordered to his team, "Burn this place to the ground. We can't risked being traced by the Thalmor"

Solknight's outburst was what sent Sygun over the edge, and she ran from the room crying hysterically. Perhaps she was not yet as sober as she thought. She ran out of the inn, and into the street, and back into the woods where what could have been a wonderful night had started. And she buried her face in her hands and cried, hoping that Solknight would at least have the foresight to evacuate their crew from the inn before casting that fire spell.

The idea of burning the inn down seemed crazy, "Solknight, with all due respect, starting a fire will only attract more attention, we need to flee Chorrol, we have our info, where can we go?" he said rather rushed, he needed an answer quick so he could go and find Sygun, who had ran out of the room in a crying fit.

Solknight heard Ashley question his command, saying that there were innocents there. He responded, "I am DONE caring about innocents. My mercy is why we are in this mess! I could have destroyed Summerset Isle, but I DIDN'T! I figured that there were 'innocents' there. But from now on, I won't let my mercy get the best of me. I will kill whomever necessary in order to get the job done."

Ashley looked at Solknight. "You can't just murder them! C'mon Solknight! This isn't you!" She said, grabbing his shoulders. "We're fighting to defeat the Thalmor. Not slaughter innocent people! Most of the people aren't even elves here!"

Solknight turned towards Ashley, and his eyes glowed a dark red. The demon in him inside him was coming out. He roared, "You dare consider disobeying my orders? I wouldn't recommend that, because I am no ordinary Imperial. I am a very powerful being. I am the lost son of the Snow Elves..." Thunder started outside, and the sky went dark. "I have the power of the Thu'um. I have the power to create life and destroy it. I am the devourer of the souls of dragons. I am the conquerer of the foolish dictators who dare call themselves 'Elves'! I AM THE SAVIOR OF SOLSTHEIM AND SKYRIM! I AM YOUR NIGHTMARES! I AM IMMORTAL! I. AM. A. GOOOOOOOOOOD!!!" By now, the thunder was almost loud enough to damage the hearing of an average person and a squadron of Dremora appeared. "...so I would reconsider disobeying me, if I were you!"

Ashley looked around at the Dremora and listened Solknight's tone. "I don't understand....but I-I-I won't let you murder these people! We swore to defend these people and defeat the Thalmor. I can't let you do that." She drew her sword and started to back up.

The shouting startled Sygun, alone in the woods, and she stopped her sobbing to hear it. "I. AM. A. GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!" She wiped her eyes and looked in the direction from whence it came in complete confusion. Someone is a god. And they're angry. Good news is, someone gets more angry than me, she thought to herself, and she chuckled remembering the time she put the point of her sword at Haru's chin.

Suddenly, she stopped laughing. Haru. Where was he? That shouting was coming from the inn. But it didn't sound like his voice, it sounded like....Solknight? What was going on in there? She was curious to see, but too scared to move. At this point, she just wanted to make sure that the wizard was all right, and Sygun looked toward the inn hoping that she would see his silhouette running towards her.

Solknight, too, drew his sword. Right as he was about to make the swing, he stopped completely still and dropped his sword. He blinked, and his eyes returned to normal, with tears in them. The Dremora disappeared aback to Oblivion and the skies cleared up. "By the Sixteen... what have I done? Did it happen again? If I hurt you in any way, Ashley, I am so, so sorry." He took Ashley into his arms, still scared of what he did, then thought of his plan. How destructive it was. "Cancel my order. If the Thalmor come after us, we deal with them, like we always have."

Ashley wasn't sure if she could beat Solknight and the Dremora so when he snapped back in reality, she thanked the Nine Divines 9 times. "It's fine. You didn't hurt anyone. I don't want to know what that was. Not yet anyway. Not while we need to bury one of our fallen." Ashley didn't want to stay in the room, any longer, so she walked out of the room and out of the Inn to try and make sense of what had just happened.

Solknight agreed. They needed to bury Dar'Ja A.S.A.P. But where? "Where should we bury him, guys?"

"And before I forget, we should find Sygun.

Sygun saw someone exit the inn after the fracas had died down. Thinking it was Harudegarn, she got up and ran towards the inn, looking to fly into his arms. Instead it was Ashley, still looking frazzled and wanting to cry, but this time holding her sword. Not the face Sygun wanted to see, but still the sight of a friend after what she imagined went on in the inn was welcome. "What happened in there?" she asked Ashley, and she filled Sygun in on Solknight's scary transformation. "Well...that's....interesting" she thought aloud. She didn't want to think about it, so she changed the subject. "I was thinking about burying Dar'Ja...there's a pretty sort of wilderness just north of town....we could bury him there....maybe get a rock to mark the grave, etch something into it...one of the boys can help, they're both good with that wizardy sort of thing..." She was simply thinking aloud at this point, not really talking to anyone in particular, her nerves were still frazzled and she was still intoxicated, despite the effects being lessened, much to her dismay. "Is it safe to go back in?" she asked, "I need another swig of that Argonian stuff..."

"Yeah, head back in." Ashley said, wiping her eyes with her sleeve. "I'm gonna go walk through town and calm down a bit. Maybe fix my sword. Anything to get my mind off this. It's just to freaky for me right now." She walked into the town, looking for a smithy. While searching she bumped into someone and stumbled backwards. "Hey, watch where you're-Oh it's you." Ash looked down at the girl she rescued in Bertrand's house. The girl looked at her and smiled. She held out her hand. There was a red mountain flower in her hand. "Is this for me?" Ashley asked her. The girl nodded, and put it in Ashley's hand. She then turned around and ran back into a nearby house. Ash sighed. "I better head back." She took the flower the girl gave her and put it in her hair, then jogged back to the inn.

Achilles woke up to screaming. He quickly got his things off of the cart and dressed in his armor, than ran for the inn. "Whats going on?" Then he saw it. The dead body of Dar'Ja, the khajiit that he thought he wanted dead. Achilles walked over to a chair and sat in it, crying inside. "We need to bury him and get out of here. We need to keep moving. Maybe to another smaller city. We definitly can not go to the Imperial City...." Achilles was trying to think but his mind was clouded with grief.
