Just got the Dragon priest mask konahrik and I'm looking for armor that looks good with it.

Any suggestions would be great. I'm trying to avoid clipping. Many armors seem to do this and its something id like to avoid. So far steel plate and dragonbone look best.

I tryed this it might take a slightly getting use to MIGHT but it looks pretty badass. DragonScale armour and boots, deadric guantlet and shield (shield is optional) and of course the Konahrik mask

Haru17

Lost Falmer
The hpod is black with gold highlights so ebony / the ebony mail. Dwarven armor could even work, but a ebony weapon to match the hood would be good.

The Phoenician

Shiney, let's be bad guys.
I use Orcish Armor with a Dragon Priest Mask. It looks pretty good

Dovahkiin
The black robes are pretty cool with a Dragon Priest mask. I use it on my "Death" character.

Vokun mask
Black robes
Vampire Gauntlets
Vampire Boots
Headman's Axe

FlickerWick

El. Psy. Congroo.
Dwarven and Elven armour sets go well with that mask.

heres another idea. Cultists robes, guantlets and boots or royal Vampire armor. Maby you could try to mix it and maby you could add Some Miraak stuff instead

I'd say Dwarven, Dragonplate or Daedric would look best, from experience. I'm only on PS3 though, so I don't know what it'd look like with DLC or mod armours

I hate it, because it's ugly, while Ebony is pretty. Not worth the extra trouble to hunt down Daedra Hearts to upgrade it to 1 point more of Base Damage. Dragonbone looks neat, but I'm not paying $20 just for that.

I think Ebony is ugly  The gauntlets are too pointy at the top and the chest plate on the male version sticks out a bit too much for my liking. I would agree with you though, for females.

Ok, not saying your opinion is wrong, but talk me through it. You like Daedric, but hate Ebony because it's too pointy anywhere? Daedric is made of spikes, even ones that stab you in the arms when you move.

OMG yeah I totally see that. I just think the Daedric stuff looks better as a whole, it just matches nicely imo, even if it is OTT (especially with the helmet).

I do like Ebony, but I just don't like the way the gauntlets don't seem to fit the rest of the set with the elbow guards going so high. That, and I don't like the torso on the male version.

Honestly, I'm not sure how to explain it, just my view.

I get it now. I agree with what you said about the gauntlets, and the boots' wings are a bit too much too. I paired Orcish Boots/Gloves, and Ebony Armor (Not the mail, but that works too) with Rahgot (And volendrung, great combo) but honestly, Orkish just matches DPMs best, especially in the body.

Yeah, for aesthetics, my favourite heavy armour combo would be Orcish/Blades body, Orcish gauntlets, Steel Plate boots. I usually choose not to wear a helmet, but I find that this set works well with most of the DPMs, especially with the Orcish chest. :)

Is that fur coming out of your ears?
If Dwemer were vampires, they'd wear that mask and orc armor....scary thought when you ponder it a bit!
