Red healthbar issue

This just started last week. I was in the middle of a stable game (level 96), and noticed that my healthbar was red, and had the disease symptoms (double blurry vision and loud heartbeat). After using cures and spells, it still didn't clear up.

I decided at that point to start a new game. Didn't work, symptoms gone, but bar was still red. Decided to uninstall everything in the game (including Steam). Went through all of the possible directories I knew of which might be hiding any leftover files, savegames, etc., and deleted them (including hidden appdata folders). Cleaned my system with CCleaner, including the registry. Basically, I purged Steam and Skyrim from my system. Ran an intensive virus scan with Norton.

Reinstalled Steam, then downloaded and installed Skyrim. Started a new game without any mods, and went to the skills menu. Health was 100/100, and the healthbar was still red. Repeated the above paragraph with the same results. Strangely, there was always a savegame from my previous install, even after they had all been deleted.

I've spent several days trying to fix this with no luck. It seems that no one over at the Steam discussion boards can help, and Steam apparently no longer does tech support for the game. Checked health with the console command (player.getavinfo health) and it shows 100/100. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have run out of ideas.

New install; new game; no mods; There shouldn't be any issues. Anyone? This is driving me crazy. Is there a console command to fix this?

The red on your health, stamina and magicka is most likely due to you not getting proper sleep in the game. I requested for a room at one of the motel like places and slept for like 4 days and when i woke up allllll of the red was gone from all 3 bars.
So in other words, i had a disease called fatigue-weary. Literally just needed sleep in a warm area and it fixed it
