PS4 Should I Accept Loss or...

So I Picked up skyrim when it was on sale for about $13, this was a special edition so it came with all of the DLC. I Have since put in about 350 to 400 hours hours working on the platinum trophy for PS4 but, I Also enjoy the game in such a manner that I read all the books collect all the books, collect all collectibles, collect all sets of armor, collect all sets of weapons, and collect all sets of jewelry. I made my way through the quest line for the 1st time. I completed the thieves Guild and returned to its former glory. And I joined the storm cloaks and started the Civil War quest. But this is where everything in the game went wrong.

I did the battle for white run got the trophy and teleported to the camp where I was to meet and go to war with solitude. I got there talked to the Storm cloak commander guy, Then continued on into solitude. Killed endless waves of imperials until I realized that they were not going to stop, went around and entered and killed the Imperial commander and his side kick. Listened to ulfrics speech teleported out and talked to him in Windhelm where he said nothing left for you to do. Yay... Well I did a couple side quest and throughout that overwrite my autosaves and my hard save. With that being said I needed to go to solitude for a quest, Opened my map and bam turns out its gone. Thought that was weird but whatever I'll go to my house In white run and depot all of my trash. Well... whiterun is gone as well.

I did about 4 or 5 hours of research googling going to form threads and since I'm on PS4 and can't use the command console I would have to reload an older save and redo the entire quest line so white run and solitude are still there. Which is not an option because I overrate all of the saves to before the quest line given given even with 400 hours I've only hard saved it about 10 to 15 times, I usually let auto save take care of that.

So my question is, Should I complete the platinum trophy going as quickly as I possibly can and then reset the game all the way from the beginning make a new character and use cheating solutions to get back to where I was including level 98 and a couple of perks level 100 and re enchantments on my gear and my collectibles back to where they were? Or just take the L on this and wait for the new edition of skyrim to release whenever it does? Keep in mind if I reset I'll be playing with mods since I'll be resetting after getting the platinum trophy.

So update to this. I was completing the daedric artifacts trophy and while I was talking to Hulda in the bannered mare and asked here how the rule is under the stormcloaks just to hear some lore. Well after I asked my game lagged sooooooo bad and after leaving the mare to teleport near solitude I realized talking to her updated my quest stat and everything is fine in my game now...... With that being said since I'm level 100 should I still start a new game after getting the platinum trophy or stay on here and play it out?

If you really want the platinum trophy, it may be good to create a character or characters that can fill in the gaps. I had a character that I was really proud of but the game glitched out when I entered the Dawnguard Entrance. So I made a new character to get the achievements. If the glitches are too gamebreaking to even enjoy the game, however, I would suggest maybe picking it up on another platform or moving on with enjoying mods.
