Lorkas cocked an eyebrow as the others discussed their findings, or lack there of, but didn't miss the quick look from Argus. Although the news that he would have to bunk with someone else wasn't the most welcome at the moment, he was still more preoccupied with what he had learned from Falion.
Clearing his throat, Lorkas spoke, "Ahem, well I'm not sure how useful it will be by itself, but perhaps whatever your friend had to say will help fill in some blanks," He nodded towards Merric and Argus, "I met with an old
acquaintance of mine who was able to shed some light on the, uh, item we found at the farmstead. Apparently the stone we found is some sort of necromantic siphon; leaching the life energy from whomever touches it."
Lorkas cast a quick look around at the locals as he spoke, hoping none of them were listening too closely before continuing, "Whoever it belonged to must be some mage, strong in dark magic. And, I think it goes without saying, it would be a fairly safe bet that whoever they are, they are probably involved with the undead plaguing Morthal.
He looked between the others, "Uhm, so did anyone happen to find a lead on any necromancers?"
