Orcs Anybody??

One of the reasons I use stealth. Get the drop on your opponents and take a few lesser ones out before they even know you're there.

I'm playing an orc now. He likes light armor, warhammers, conjuration and destruction... an odd creature, but a lot of fun.

That was my playstyle using the dark elf. Take out the higher level enemies first, then dispatch the unfortunate noobs to level up my lesser skills.

I think playing as an Orc offers more challenges than killing from the shadows does. Don't get me wrong, I've posted before that I loved killing an entire room without anyone knowing where Death came from. But it became too easy, maybe I'll return to that style on Master later after I complete the story as an Orc.

That last statement could be seen as blasphemy though, Malacath is not as forgiving as others....

I am new to the Orc fan club. I had avoided them as I tend to dislike the strict brute warrior types but decided it was time. And I am completely impressed. He is a dual wielding macer with heavy armor but I have added a few stealth perks to give him some variety. Im still in my mid 20's with him so he isn't overpowered yet.

And yes I love Bersker. Its the single greatest race power. If the roleplay keeps up, Orcs might replace Bretons as the most enjoyable race to me.

I've got an orc called Khaz Gro-Maul, and challenged myself to step out of the melee bounds by making him something like a Thunder shaman. He's primarily melee, has a lightning enchanted orcish war hammer, also casts bolts of lightning at range and, needless to say, his favorite Shout is Storm Call.

And to have even more fun with him, I made his armor customization completely cosmetic. He wears forsworn armor with orcish gauntlets and gloves and wears no helmet.

My Orc's name is Grom Skullhammer, he sports long hair and a full beard and you guessed it...he uses warhammers in devastating style. There is nothing he likes more than slamming his hammer into his foes and crushing bones.

Well that's pretty cool. I've always been a huge Orc fan, but only recently have I made a Breton that I fell in love with.

Orcs are cool, for warriors

orcs are ugly as a stinkin green potato left in a wetbag fer 3 years. there aint no reason to pick a orc unless you gotta hankerin for shrek and his ugly bag princess. take years odental work to erase the chompers in themouth of the orcs so why wouldcha pick them teeth unless ya really wanna chomp on somebodoy. chomp chomp chomp. orcs aint no good and if ya pick em you aint no good to boot orcs are NASTY.

if ya pick a orc i aint gonna judge ye but if ya pick one imgonnathink u got a hankerin fer shrek. the horc is a strong character but thats all i can say for im. hes strong but he aint right in the face.

Orcs? My Ranger's bow eats Orcs for breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper and dessert. >

Didn't mean to bash your opinion buddy, it just struck me as discrimination the way you said it. Thats like if I said "People are sissies for playing Altmer but I won't judge yall for picking them." Which a better way of saying it without boiling someone's teapot on accident would've been "I think people are sissies for playing Altmer." That way it can be qualified as a full blown opinion ^^

Hopes this clears up any misunderstanding. We good?

Ah, where to start. First off, I know it's bad forum manners to bash trolls. I can't help it though, I'm just so damn good at it. Ok, the over done country "accent", I'm a farmer from backwoods Georgia. I have a strong speaking accent. But I also have a bit of sense, you have to force yourself to write that way. I may let a bit of southern slang slip in every now and again. But when I see a post like yours. I think that you're trying to make country folks look bad and uneducated. I don't like that

Next the Orc hating. Out of the fury Kajiit, the scaly Argonians, and the pointy ears of elfs and Orc alike. You noticed the Orcs teeth(tusks?) I would have assumed after reading your post. That if you really spoke that way you would have a seriously messed up mouth. I'm not knocking any other skyrim characters, I respect them all because of their differences. I'm just assuming that you have been killed several times by Orc bandits and have an internal hatred towards us. I assure you, we're not all bad. But never cross a thread full of Orcs. You have no chance.

Let me add, I did not reply to him for hating on Orcs. I'm open to different views and opinions. I don't care if he really does hate Orcs. It's just the forced typed accent really, really irritates me.

Out of all the load screens, I never get tired of rotating and zooming on the dual-wielding blood-spattered Orc.
