Authors: What are you currently working on?

Being an author (aspiring - not official yet), I'd like to get to know anyone on SF that is currently working on a story/stories, and would like to use this thread to maybe bounce ideas off of one another. Share what you're currently working on or having trouble with.

Also, how are you guys fairing with lockdown and creativity? It's allowed me to re-instate my seat-glue due to no more commuting to work (my place of work has gone online fully and no longer has a premises), but I can't say it's done much for my sense of creativity because of stressors.

From my side, I've been working on two epic fantasy novels - the former set almost a millennium after the latter which planned to finish and publish originally. I'm working on both simultaneously as three characters' lives span over both periods, allowing me to fill plot-holes or holes in character backstory. It's been mostly working on the manifesto (the analytical and logical aspects) rather than the creative ones. Some of the work I've been doing is the languages in the world (being a TEFL teacher, this is actually a lot of fun) and lineages.

So, please share what you're willing to. I'd love to hear what you lads and lasses are up to.
