LOOT Load Order Issue

i cant use LOOT, because i`m still using Win XP OS. can`t get the master list. plus it`s looking in my my folder. i`m using Mod Organizer 2 and it doesnt install mods into the game folder. i thought i`d post my load order here and see if i could get some suggestions.btw PyP is protect your people.
