PS4 Why is my Zahkriisos mask reproducing?

So in the Special Edition of the game I got the Zahkriisos mask. I had just been carrying it around and decided to put it on a mannequin at my house. Well, my mannequin glitched off the stand so I take the mask off to fix it. So I just put the mask in a dresser for the time being. Upon returning back to my home after doing some quests I see there's a mask on the mannequin again. I thought maybe I didn't actually save when I took the mask off and took it off to put it in the dresser. When I open the dresser there was already a mask in there. So now it keeps happening, I have about five now. Has this happened to anyone else?

Mannequins in general are a glitchy pain in the ass. You're probably going to keep getting copies everytime you take the mask off.

well... kind of... I used it with miraak's items... I now have 14... and a lot of gold
