I know that if you become a werewolf you are supposed to be 100 percent immune to disease, but I have noticed that even after becoming a werewolf, on a few rare occasions my character has contracted a disease such as rockjoint or brain rot. So far, my character has never contracted the disease that leads to vampirism if not treated after becoming a werewolf (I forgot the name of that disease.) Is that just a glitch in the game?

According to the UESP (bold is a link) traps can "gift" you diseases even when you're a werewolf, due to a script oversight. The vampire disease (Sanguinare Vampiris) cannot be contracted from traps, so you're safe from that.

Are you asking how to cure yourself so you are no longer a Lycan? You need to do a quest by the jorrwaskar compaions, that will say kill two hagravens and take their heads. Then head to a crypt north of winterhold. There you will help the old man by destroying the ghost's wolf. By placing the hagraven head on the altar. You do the same with the second head and the beast in you will leave so you can kill wolf ghost also...after that you are cured. Sorry for bad explanation...But i hope it was helpful...
