Jurgarik Greycloak

Techno master of Tamriel.
I found that , after all these years,I just know too much about the game; so making new characters and deciding on their path became kind of boring. Now, just as in real life, my character has no initial say in most things. The race is picked randomly, I use the mod 'Live another life' to have random starting point in the game, and the character's abilities are also randomly assigned. The quickest way is to decide how many skills the character can improve, and pick them at random. So, just as an example: my new character is a Wood Elf, washed ashore near Dawnstar, and has five assigned skills and happened to get Light Armor, Speech, Pickpocket, Illusion and Alchemy. These are the only skills that can be improved by perks, though any other skill can be improved as normal. You can change up the conditions as you wish: for example, only three skills, one from each set, or all skills must be magic etc.
Next, accepting each task/quest is also based on a random toss. Again, you can set the parameters as to how likely you are to accept (maybe different % for helping individuals, jarls, daedra etc.).
So, I truly have no way of knowing for sure what will happen. I can try to become a certain type, and look for ways to achieve aims that I would like, but sometimes life gives you diamonds and other times bloody wraps.

I like to try to work off of a backstory, or a concept. seems like a good idea for character building. Also add some RP rules, such as my imperial will try to avoid killing needlessly (if you are not in her way when she is doing something, then you are safe) or my Breton building a library of every book in Skyrim/Solstheim.

There was one time I thought/tried a Nord archer/scout/ranger build, but it just felt off with the companions.
