Can anyone tell me all the dwarven cities where I can find the key for the special dwarven forge whose name I can't remember

Anyone up for a challenge to end all challenges cause I have one finish four Nordic ruins without taking a scratch in light armor and no shield and the ruins must have 30 enemies or more anyone who can do this one is a true badass
I'm sorry, I don't know all of the Dwarven Cities off the top of my head, it's been ages. I can probably find them on the wiki though if you want me to link them.
That's not actually as difficult as it sounds, especially if you allow for magic, ranged, and sneak. I don't have the setup to play, much less record Skyrim right now, but I might cobble it back together soon. No promises though.
