Not really much of a difference. The main differences are houscarls, what spouse/children say, and one upgrade. It really depends what you want. I would suggest doing some research on them and figure it out. If someone else is willing to lay out which house has unique to them, Because I am not sure about Heljarchen hall, though I know Lakeview has an apiary and Windstad has a fish hatchery.
