Right now I'd have to say mine is Dawnbreaker. It's a beautiful weapon with a sick enchant, and really fits the paladin that I'm currently roleplaying.

Has to be the ebony mail. Great armor rating, amazing enchantment, and looks pretty amazing.

Mace of Molag Bal, Volendrung and Spellbreaker. If I had to choose one of those, then it would be Volendrung. Also, an honorable mention to the Ebony Blade.

Mine's the masque of clavicus vile. It's the only one I know of that doesn't hurt, kill, or imprison souls. Far as I know, it just makes magicka regen a bit faster, and people like you more. Simple, non-violent, but very useful!

i think sometimes it does depend on the character/build you are doing at the time,
currently my character only uses magic, no destro or any weapons or staves, so i think in this case it would be skeleton key or oghma infinium as they fit my build.

on another build i may just change to suit,

I LOVED the sanguine rose and the quest that went with it. I had entirely too much fun explaining to the bf why I was chasing a goat around the wilderness.:)

There's a book full of knowledge, a shield with an auto ward on it, a suit of hide armor, a ring for werewolves (that's semi-violent I guess), a staff that's just plain random, and an unbreakable lock pick.

As for my favorite? Wabbajack.

Am I the only one that loves the random gifts of the Wabbajack? You just never know what it'll do except screw up your opponent, sometimes killing them instantly!

It has gotten me out of sticky situations (turned a drauger wight into a chicken) but I still love the rose....can't be helped

Yes. I love this quest and artifact too. Definitely my favorite. Nothing like runnin down the hill to Rorikstead being chased by a giant and that priestess and Ysolda giving you attitude about being wasted. And teh hargraven is hilarious.

I like Dawnbreaker as a trophy. I don't really use it. The quest freaked me out the first time with all those corpses and corrupted souls. But I really enjoyed it.

I am not crazy about Wabbajack. For starters I keep wanting to call it Jabberwhack. And I didn't really like the quest. What are you suppose to do with the hip bone? I left it once in the Blue Palace foyer. No one seemed to care I just dropped a human body part right there by the palace entrance. An I hate that I never run into the madwoman when I have the Wabbajack on me so i haven't gotten a chance to wabbajack her.

Sanguine Rose and Dawnbreaker for me, put one in each hand. And fear nothing, at least nothing un-living

Oghma infinium. My current characters bio is that he was hermanus moras champion that was blackmailed and banned from his realm. Now he has to earn back his honor in order to get back into his beloved realm apocrypha. To follow the build, my character has a complete, and organized library in all of his hearthfire homes, and carries the oghma infinium with him everywhere.
By the way, i think that in the dragonborn dlc, you are going to get to travel to apocrypha, because if you watch the trailer, a lot of the backgrounds seem to be made up of books, and hermanus mora is the daedric lord of knowledge so, ya think about that.

Wabbajack is my favorite.

It is so ... tricky :p

Oghma Infinium. The only thing it lacks is the ability for it to be used as a whacking instrument.

Wabbajack is the overall best, although I don't use it.
The most useful is Spellbreaker, the only daedric artifact I actually carry with me, since it can stop a dragon's fire breath and drain shouts.
The coolest seems to be Ebony Sword - a Dai-Katana that gets stronger by each friend you betray and kill? Tell me the hairs on the back of your neck didn't just rise a bit from the awesomeness.

i have a thing for daggers. Mehrunes razor is sick. And i remember it back in the Oblivion days with the Expansion pack that came out. THat was some good DLC. Its not as cool as it was back then as far as looks goes. But this new proc is ill, or at least i think its new... cant remember if the chance to kill was in the Obliv expansion pack. The mace of molag bal is pretty badass too.

Oghma Infinium and Black Azura's Star as they are most useful for any build (unless you dont use enchanted items at all).
