I don't know, but with level 81, you will have ALL your skill at 100, or nearly so.
Also, as Romulus said, keep your level lower. I would keep it at 60 or under, because after 60, it is a pain to level. And you will level mostly skills that you are NOT using in your build.
Juggernaut 5/5 is a waste, mostly if you go with Matching set and Well fitted perks. With Daedric Smithing, Juggernaut 1/1 is enough to reach the cap of 567 AR. Everything over 567 AR is a waste because the game is capped for damage.
Bladesman 3/3 is not useful. All the critical in the game are based on BASE WEAPON DAMAGE, so the max you will get with your 3 points in Bladesman is a mere +25 damage. Not worth it when your weapon is already doing HUNDREDS in damage.
In Enchanting, get rid of Soul Squeezer and Soul Siphon, they are not worth it.
Get rid of Apprentice-Master in Destruction and Conjuration. Enchant your armor with 4 pieces of +25% Fortify Destruction and +25% fortify Conjuration instead. That will take your mana consumption for those 2 school of magic to 0. Much better in my point of view.
I don't think you will need to cast Restoration spells that much if you know what you are doing, so get rid also of Apprentice-Master in Restoration.
Haggling 5/5 is unnecessary. You will figure out very fast that money is not really an issue in this game. People were able to get 1 million gold in cash and still have a BUNCH of crap that they didn't sell. Take Haggling 1/5.
Maybe you should take a look into Alchemy. That gives your build a good versatility if you like it.
