I've become crazy about reading any and all books I can come across in Skyrim. Anyone have any favorites or ones they have found particularly interesting? Or am I the only one that spends half of my time reading books?

My favourite book is still one I found in a dwemer ruin. Its called The Locked Room I think. It's awesome. Also definitely read the Wolf Queen. She's an awesome character, plus you learn more about the history of the empire and Skyrim.

I really don't read books in Skyrim unless their names are interesting, though.

Great question! And no, you're not the only one. I read through every book back when I was playing Morrowind, there are new ones out now I think, but yeah, all the old ones are still around here in Skyrim. My favorite is "The Armorer's Challenge". I was thrilled to discover a copy the other day. Plenty of other good ones though.

My favorite so far has been 'The bear of Markarth'. Completely changed my opinion of Ulfric, if you've never read it, I highly recommend it.

i usually don't read books in skyrim cuz i'm not good at reading long english writings and i dont understand the stories :sadface:

7? I'm pretty sure there's only two. That's what the wiki says and I haven't found anything to the contrary.

There are 7 volumes of The Wolf Queen..that may be what they're referring to? But I'm pretty sure there are only 2 volumes of The Lusty Argonian Maid.

I've been trying the find the 2920 - Last Year of the First Era series of books.

There's 12 (1 for each month), and 8 of them are skill books. Yet to find them all on one character yet, though
